Still waiting on my order from February! Would either love my $200 back or my order. I imagine with their spotlight from Oprah they became swamped and are in over their heads. I would just appreciate some acknowledgement here friends. Thank you!

Placed an order and received an order confirmation with an estimated delivery time of 4 business days and got a charge on my card. Over a month later, our order hadn't shipped. Attempted to email and call the company for an ETA with no success. One phone line is disconnected and the another goes to voicemail. I have filed for a charge back and reported them to BBB.

Ordered silverware. Received an order confirmation email. They took my money then never sent me anything. I reached out several times for an update but never received a reply. Submitting to the BBB and to my bank for fraud. 0/5

They are a great set. What was even more awesome was that I hadn’t unpacked the set until over a year later and I had the wrong color of one set. Called customer service and they replaced, no charge to me, with the correct set. Sad part my husband already broke one large plate. But still have the missed color one to use. Thank you.

Like so many other reviews, I am not reviewing their product, because I have NOT received it. I am floored that I have not had any communication from the company. At this point, I do not care how Oprah List they are, they are disrespectful and their silence it all.

I am flabbergasted to see how many other customers have experienced the same issue I have had: order NEVER received, initial communication with false promises, and then, after MONTHS of repeated reach out on my part, a refund but absolutely no response to any of my inquiries or requests to discuss. This company should be out of business. It's truly unbelievable that they still advertise as if they are a legitimate company

I never received my items. The lack of communication about my order and refund was ridiculous for any business. I never once got a response to any of my submissions for support. There was no customer service at all to be able to rate, so one start feels like too much. It took over 2 months from placing my order to getting a refund.

My order from March never shipped and I cannot get in touch with the company. I’m not sure they are even in business any longer, I’d avoid ordering from here

Ordered a gift for a shower and kept waiting for it to ship but it never did. Emailed and got a very strange response about shutting down website, problems...should ship in 2 weeks. Nothing and now no response from them. They had no problem charging my card though. They have been reported as fraudulent.

Loved the look of their Everyday Napkins on or around December 15 2023. On January 9 in response to my concern, they said it was “clearing customs” January 22 in response to another complaint from me they said it had “just cleared customs” Then on February 4, I they were “just put on a truck and should arrive”. It is now March 7 and still I have no product. They have done nothing to ease the pain of this long to wait for linen napkins.

I haven’t received my order and I’ve emailed the company for an update and not heard anything back.

I never received any order. I have tried to order from y’all twice! Only to get a email that y’all are out of stock! Yet the website is still allowing people to order the exact items they are supposedly out of stock! I am over it. Twice y’all did this to me 🙄🙄 and then you can’t even reply to my emails for an explanation. This is so unprofessional!

The wrong SKU was sent to me. Lyle and Sam personally ensured that my order was fulfilled correctly. Once we received our items we were so pleased with the products. Would not hesitate to order again.

I’ve had these dishes for a little over a year and 3 small plates, 2 big plates and 3 bowls have cracked using the microwave. I was simply warming up leftovers each time. I specifically checked to make sure they were microwave safe before purchasing these dishes. I had my last set of dishes (pfaltzgraff) for 10 years and never did they crack in the microwave. Very disappointing.

Half of my order came broken and i can’t get anyone ti return my call. Its a Christmas gift so i would like the matter handled.

I haven’t received my order or even received notice about shipment and it’s been a couple of weeks. Very disappointed.

Back in June I ordered these napkins and have still not received them. I have written to the company several times and called and left a message as well.
