Ordered a steel series artic 7 wireless…
Ordered a steel series artic 7 wireless headset from them. I paid in advance via credit card and got the order confirmation. After 10 days with no info since I called them and asked for an update, they said it was out of stock (Which wasnt displayed on their website) but I was okay with waiting. 5 days later (in total 15 days) they call me again to inform me the manufacturer increased the price after I ordered the headset and they asked if I was okay with paying 20 euros more than the original price was. I feel that is extremely bad service, I paid the price they asked for originally and waited for nearly 2 weeks before hearing a thing from them, I sent 2 emails to them as well on their contact emails and NEVER received a reply even to this day, calling was the only option.
If I could give a 0 I would, because this is ridiculous
