This mattress has impressed well beyond expectations in both support and climate control criteria. For the price, it was an excellent choice to change my everyday.

Arrived in a box but was very quickly fully ready to go. Extremely comfy and has made a massive difference to my wife's back problems since we started using the new mattress. Also seems warmer than our old mattress so need less heavy quilt rating to stay comfortable.

Delivered on time. Easy to get up narrow winding stairs and easy to “install “. Bit of a smell for 24 hours but firm and comfortable. Great value plus helps homeless and disadvantaged people. Wins all round.

Really great. Had for many months now, made a real impact to both of our sleep. Service is very good too generally. No complaints at all.

Comfy mattress but would say it’s more soft than medium/firm. Hasn’t done any good for my partners back.

My back pain in the mornings have gone. Recently went away and could not believe how much I was looking forward to getting into my own bed. Had many mattresses over the years, this one is definitely in the top 3

Was sceptical about getting a bed in a box, I did my research by looking on “Which “ and this mattress was recommended . As I could return it if it wasn’t comfortable I decided to do ahead. The matress arrived early and I was amazed how it expands when it comes out of the box.
First night was brilliant and it has continued to be so !

Really so pleased I purchased this mattressit is so much more comfortable than my old bed, which I was loathe to get rid of because it had individually sprung interior.
This bed does not sag, looks as good as when it first came out of the box! I have a bad back but this bed is amazing . I recommend 100%. Thank you so much.😀

I found the mattress to be very noisy when you laid on it, also my sleep pattern did not improve at all compared to my previous mattress which was only a very cheap one. Firmness is medium and not the most comfortable.

This is without doubt the best mattress I have ever owned. I became a bit obsessed before buying it and spent quite a bit of time watching different reviews on YouTube of these types of mattresses but am so glad I chose this one. When I first bought it, there was a smell for a few days but this wasn't a problem as the mattress had a chance to air in a spare room whilst the room it was going to be in was being decorated. Overall absolutely delighted - like sleeping on clouds - would definitely recommend.

It took a little while to get used to my new mattress as I was not used to memory foam. But, now I’ve never been more comfortable and have been getting a great nights sleep!

In full honesty it's my best buy ever. Its firm enough to hold my weight so I DON'T SINK in (I weigh 205lbs) yet not too hard so it feels like sleeping on wooden board. I have sevear scoliosis and in past i slept on sprung mattresses and often woke up with bad back. On my Lessa mattress i feel like i slept on a cloud.
If you are concerned about CHEMICAL SMELL- i had no problem. After getting mattress out of bag it lasted maybe half an hour and it wasn't as strong as some people say in their reviews (a bit melodramatic if you ask me) . I put new sheets on and new bedding and 1st night didnt smell enything.
In regards to FEELING HOT sleeping on it, i found no difference. I use 10.5 tog duvet in winter and 4.5 tog in summer or just summer quilt during heat waves and it's same as any other mattress ( i mean, you not gonna feel any cooler, its not an air con unit).
On serious note: ive done my research and cheaper option brands were tempting but after reviewing all pros and cons i chose Lessa and i dont regret it.
P.S. It has REMOVABLE COVER too. I spilled full cup of coffee on mine, took cover off, stuck it in washing machine on 30° delicate (wash label says not to, ups) and it came out like new.

It turns out that getting a good sleep is directly related to the quality of your mattress! Who knew?!
