Thanks. Yes,this is a great place to get parts from in a very competetive industry.
I had a small issue with my parts shipping charge which was sorted by Ben straight away. A great guy to deal with and a good selection of items.
I think is was good to be able to make a phonecall and have an issue sorted straight away with no problems.
Would use again.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a tire. The wrong tire arrived. Promised to locate replacement. Never heard from them again. Email arrived out of the blue stating refund made. Money never arrived. No response to calls or emails. Now have to look to small claims court.

I ordered tannus tyres as a gift for my husband. Delivery took longer than expected, but they are what he wanted and he is happy.

Bought "In stock" bike for my wife but when @leeli_cycles had taken our money, were told "not in stock". Would take weeks or months. We cancelled the order and asked for a refund.

That was in May. Still no refund. No response to phone calls or emails. They expect to trouser the cash for non-existent CANCELLED goods.

Customers come LAST with @leeli_cycles.

Postage was outstandingly expensive, but I accepted it as this was a gift.
It took over a week for Leeli to identify and acknowledge that what I had ordered was no longer available, despite already indicating it was ready to be collected by the delivery company.
They were very quick, however, to refund my money onto my credit card.

I spoke with 2 different people when I rang to get information about my order, both absolutely so lovely, professional and very helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Ordered a bike, was waiting for delivery and told 2 weeks later that it wasn't in stock. Not the kind of service I'd expect.

I ordered a set of tyres from here only for them to tell me they were out of stock after taking payment, they offered to get me something similar but I heard nothing from them for weeks. I then requested a refund to also hear nothing back for weeks again until I received a partial refund £10 short. Basically they stole £10 of my money an not communicated hardly at all. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
