Please ditch Evri for a decent courier
The packaging was inadequate in that the box was torn apart at one corner with the product (light bulbs) obviously visible and it took a full week for delivery from arriving in the evri warehouse.
I suggest using a different courier

Customer service is crap!
Purchased an LED Batten light to replace old bulky flourescent unit. Purchase and delivery was all good BUT having fitted the new light I found it faulty in that when switched on after a few seconds of, admittedly brilliant light, it goes very dim. Tried to arrange replacement but was asked to provide a video of the light not working properly. Try that. Switch on an LED light and all you get is your camera whited out. This unit is very lightweight but came in a 6ft+ box which has been disposed of. I suggested that I would be willing to purchase a replacement and then use the box from the new one to send back the faulty one. Common sense! Company not interested. Very poor customer service and I am delighted to say I will not be using LEDBulbs again.

After carefully checking the correspondence linked to your order, we can see that after you sent in the returns form we requested a short video to help confirm the fault. At this stage we actually haven't received a reply with the requested video or any further response. Just to clarify, it’s certainly not a case of us not being interested in helping. We simply haven’t yet had the opportunity to investigate the issue further without the requested details.
We would have been able to issue an immediate resolution once the information had been shared, as nothing has been provided yet, we’re unfortunately unable to do that at this stage.
If you’re still happy to send the video through, our team will gladly take a look and help get this resolved.

Replacement Kitchen spotlights
Purchased replacement spotlight bulbs for kitchen from LED bulbs. The items were delivered quickly and were well packaged to prevent any damage. I first ordered from this company
I first ordered from this company, some time ago, Bell G9 capsules; the service was impeccable. When I needed more, I couldn't find them on the company's website, so I sent them an email. The reply simply said that they no longer sell that product. I then sent another email asking if they sold G9 capsules made by other manufacturers. They told me that they do, but why didn't they volunteer that information in the first place? I placed an order and am pleased to report that they arrived the next day.
