The customer service is the best, called me straight back and resolved the problem there and then. I wish all customer service wears this good. Big shout out to Lesley who was brilliant. Ten out of ten!

Fantastic customer service and obviously Quality products

Bought a kettle and the inside started rusting inside le creuset would not honour the warranty as they said it had overheated. I used the kettle on an induction hob. I should have done my homework and checked the reviews on John Lewis, sort the reviews by lowest rating and all saying the same a rusty kettle.

After damaging my travel mug and contacting Le Creuset to see if was possible to obtain a replacement lid, I was stunned to find them quite happy to send a full replacement travel mug completely free of charge. Excellent service!

My family has been using Creuset for over 20 years but apparently, in the last decade, its quality, especially in its pans, has deteriorated. I have been cooking since I was a child, with parents in the catering business. The most frustrating aspect of these pans is the time required to clean them, which should be a simple swipe process. I recently cooked a risotto using only Creuset utensils, following the process step-by-step on our Miele Induction cooker at a moderate temperature.

The rice stuck significantly to the pan. Today, I experienced the same issue when cooking scrambled eggs in the Creuset pan.

The pan performance is far below what I expected from Le Creuset. I am very disappointed with the quality of these pans, as they are not suitable for regular cooking given the excessive cleaning required.

I will no longer be buying into Creuset and continue to use alternative brands I have for years and food still not sticking to their pans at the 6th of the price of a Creuset Pan .

Creuset Pans should be carefully considered, as they are non-stick free as advertised, with a lifetime warranty misleading consumers that the T&C are solely valid for manufacturing defects, not surface pan non-stick ….

Disappointed by the poor customer service and showing that the product is only a piece to show on a kitchen rack but dare use it at your own risk !

I contacted Le Creuset as I had dropped a cast iron lid (40 years old) and it had broken. It was the lid of a much loved, much used casserole dish that was a wedding present.
I contacted Customer Services to see if I could purchase a replacement lid from them. They don't keep lids in stock but said if I sent them the measurements, they would look thought their warehouse. They found a demo lid hiding somewhere and sent it to me completely free of charge as a good will gesture. What an amazing Customer Service team they have. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and their replies were very quick too. Highly recommend them.

We had a very minor issue with a faulty part in a product we were otherwise very happy with - when I contacted Le Creuset to ask if it was possible to buy a replacement part they assured me that it was covered by their warranty and replaced it for free. Carla was very helpful and efficient in getting the issue sorted and I would absolutely purchase from them again knowing that their products are quality and their customer service is great.

I visited the Le Creuset store at York designer outlet and couldn’t be more pleased. Jack and Ewan were excellent and extremely helpful in assisting me with buying a kettle. Their customer service was superb, they were both very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I’ll definitely be visiting them again, 10/10!

Had a stoneware dish which had cracked in two upon being used in the oven.Following this I contacted Le Crueset and a replacement was sent all within one week.

Non existent customer service

I received my order and the product was damaged. It was scratched, clearly not in transit as it was wrapped well and no damage to outer box. Out of 3 orders from Le Creuset all 3 have arrived scratched (and different products).

Customer service is non existent, nobody answers the phone, it took 7 days for someone to come back to me and that was because I chased. I then get told I can have a replacement or refund. I chose the refund and then proceeded to receive an email telling me I had to take numerous pictures of the product during different stages of packing it up, with my full name and details in the picture?

Why? Why am I being inconvenienced when Le Creuset sent a fault product. Why was the same attention to detail not given by them when selecting my order.

An avid fan and have several products but will not purchase again.

Oh and waiting for an advisor to come back to my recent query.

I recently contacted Le Creuset Customer Service regarding a problem I had with a lever corkscrew which I had for a considerable number of years.
I explained to Lesley, (Customer Service), the nature of the problem, and she could not have been more helpful.
Lesley arranged for the screw mechanism to be replaced, when this failed to resolve the problem , a complete new lever corkscrew was supplied.
I can confirm that the customer service was excellent and would throughly recommend Le Creuset

We visited from Jersey Channel Islands and Kezza looked after us so well! I felt like she knew me so well within 5 minutes of being in the shop which then led to us buying pretty much everything she showed us because she knew I would like it! She made our trip, thank you.

These products really do last forever! I had an issue with a knob on a lid. Over 20 years old, no receipt and they still replaced it. Incredible quality and service.

Customer service is beyond poor. They refuse to provide any solution to a defective mug that I bought. I will not be buying any further Le Creuset in the future.

Yes, can be quite a price but guaranteed to only ever buy it once - lasts a lifetime or if you can afford to buy to change but one is usually all you need

I broke the lid of my beloved large casserole dish. A replacement didn't appear to be available after searching online so I reached out to Le Creuset customer services to see if they could help. I was over joyed that they found me a replacement lid and doubly so when they sent it to me for free.

I can't recommend Carla at Le Creuset highly enough! She was absolutely pivotal in helping me resolve an issue with my kettle Carla replied quickly every-time, provided detailed and clear guidance at every step, and made sure the outcome was exactly what I needed. It's rare to find such attentive service, and I'm really grateful.

I bought 6 pans from Le Creuset spending over £800, one of which was the Signature Stainless Steel Non-stick Deep Frying Pan with Helper Handle. I have followed the care instructions carefully as I like to look after these pans. After only 3 years the non stick has stopped working and has discoloured. I know not to use the pans on a high temperature, use metal utensils or abrasive cleaners. I contacted customer service and they have said I’ve used the pans too high temperature and that they won’t replace or refund. I feel the pan is either faulty or not fit for purpose. If I can’t “gently” fry an egg or make a risotto in the pan then what’s it for??my smaller frying pan has been treated the exact same way and the base is still like new.

The non stick frying pan is not good quality, very disappointed that the coating is peeling after less than 5 years. So much for the life time guarantee!
