Okay so i ordered my second jacket from Leather Company on monday evening the 19th of august , i just received my jacket today the 23 of august 2024 here in France ( south ) . So great service , the quality of the two jackets is what i hoped for , very good indeed . I say thank you to Leather Company & will look to order again another time .

Ordered a ladies biker jacket, the leather is very soft and confortable, the zipper and stitches feel sturdy and the lining feels nice and warm. The fit is great, it's true to size and the colour is like shown in the pictures. Don't know how it will withstand time but the first impression is very good.
The delivery was very speedy and free, ordered on Wednesday, received on Friday, from UK to Ireland. Had to pay taxes for imported goods which I was made aware of through a phone call when they were processing the order but the item price was lower actually when added to cart to be delivered to Ireland so with the taxes, it balanced out to almost the same amount I saw initially the item was priced at.
It would be great though as a customer to not have to deal with the import taxes, as lots of companies based in the UK take it upon themselves to charge the customer for it. The customer pays the same amount (the taxes+the seller's commision for processing the taxes) but doesn't have to worry about how legitimate the transaction is and put time into researching how trustworthy the company is. Loads of frauds are disguised as customs charges currently.

Have wanted a nice leather good quality weekender type bag for a while. I looked at several websites and decided that this company had decent prices but nice bags too, so I took the plunge and ordered the FENLAND weekender bag and also a matching toiletry bag, in the brown/brandy colourway.
I'm not sure how they did it, but I ordered in the afternoon and it was delivered to my home in Scotland the next morning before 11am!
The bag itself is absolutely lovely, as is the matching toiletry bag. They come with a dust-bag each, and the items were well wrapped and protected with card and tissue and packaged into a secure cardboard box.
The bag looks to be very well made. It is a very good size, more than enough space for a weekend away. The detachable shoulder strap does have a canvas backing and I would have preferred a solid leather one, but overall I am very happy with my purchase. I LOVE the colour and style of the bag and it has a good weight to it. Hopefully this will last for many years. I can recommend this company if you are looking for speedy delivery, fair prices, and good quality real leather items.

ordered a small cross body bag for my iPhone. The product itself was beautiful soft leather. However I couldn’t get the zip done up again no matter how hard I tried. My husband also tried. I sent it back for a replacement but it only gave 3 options (too large, too small, refund).
I phoned the company and they said they were all like it but they had managed to do it up. I said there was a fault as the zip on top corner was stitched very close to leather.
I got my refund but still lost out £5 on postage for an item that was faulty. I phoned again but I still haven’t been refunded the postage.
I’m sure the products are really good but the sales team are dire and not at all helpful. I won’t be buying again from them.

Very poor customer service will not reply to emails. Quality has dropped as prices have gone up.

I have purchased 3 bags from this leather fashion house and I was amazingly impressed by the quality and the details put into the bags. The designs are also espectacular. The customer service has been excellent and the delivery was very quick within 2 working days. I bought two for presents and one for myself and I will be buying again from this talented leather fashion house.

Jacket had a fault in the form of a hole between the inside pocket zip and inner lining. On the phone they admitted their manufacturing was at fault but repeatedly argued the hole wasn't a hole, although they fixed this in the end.

Cheap inner lining with the stuffing/threads protuding from it. They argued it was caused from wearing once which is abysmal durability.

They only want to do phone calls and never respond by email despite my requests. They offered to re-imburse my costs (£31) for returning the jacket for repair but have not done so after 2+ weeks despite providing a receipt and offering a my redacted bank statement showing both return costs. They returned the jacket in a damaged unsecured box that had clearly been prised open.

The returned jacket had 'Exchanged' noted on the receipt but had the same protuding threads so they clearly have no quality control or pride. They also left a piece of paper in the previously defective pocket noted 'stich' so they're no doubt lying about the jacket being exchanged.

I twice requested a refund by email based on the fault with their product within 30 days of purchase. Initially they aggresively refused over the phone. After my second request they didn't reply back after a week and sent it back to me pointing to their 14 day 'change of mind' policy which has nothing to do with faulty returns.

I wish I checked their reputation before ordering and bought with a credit card for easier dispute on consumer rights. Not pursuing further through small claims court because the styling and fit is good and I don't want to dedicate even more time and effort to them.

Terrific quality and at an amazing price. 110% for delivery. If their other products are half as good, you can be very confident about your purchases.

Received a very bad quality belt and extremely poor quality packaging. Haven’t responded to my customer care email requests for several days, even though I keep writing to them! Poor customer service and terrible quality!

Bought a leather jacket from this company and wore it on 5 occasions. Gently put my hand into my jacket pocket at a Frankie Boyle Concert and the entire stitching and "leather" gave way. Looked homeless for the rest of the night. Emailed them twice regarding this and received no response. I am contacting trading standards. Plenty of reputable stores to buy from, never buy anything from this company.

Had a back pack bought for me as a birthday gift. On arrival it had a defective zip and opted to exchnage for the item for a black one instead. Sadly, item was no longer on their website, they never answered their phone or emails. Eventually got through and they said send back at my own cost with a covering letter and they will check their stock. A replacement arrived in black but had the same defect. I returned the item and they stonewalled. eventually got through to them and the gentlement i spoke with said that it was impossible for the zip to be defective due to style. to date have not been sent a replacement nor have i received a refund.

I bought a leather briefcase and the leather quality is top notch. This is my second purchase from this seller and the quality, packaging and attention to details points to a company aiming for perfection.

I ordered a gorgeous leopard print sheepskin coat which, on arrival, was too small. I am a slightly larger lady and they did not stock my size but offered to get one made. This arrived and there had been a mix up as it was the same size. Spoke to Shy who suggested that I measure one of my own coats then had one made just for me which arrived today and is absolutely perfect. The customer service throughout has been absolutely fantastic and I would 100% recommend the company and its products. Service like this is very rare.

It was very cheap, excellent quality. Very soft leather , the colour is better than the photo . It’s true to size ( I am a 16) and it fits me perfectly. I wish I had found this site earlier

I found the company very helpful, polite and very professional. A company I would like to be apart of.

We purchased a bag and had a delivery date, as we have full time jobs and are not sat at home all day doing nothing, we rearranged the UPS delivery for a date we would be available, which meant taking a day off work, we chose this date as we would be away for four days, UPS sent repeated time changes on our chosen day and then just said no delivery will rearrange, this was no good to us as we would be away, one day into our holiday UPS said parcel would be delivered today ( Monday) when we would not be back until the Wednesday, we received a photo of a parcel by a door and when we arrived home two days later there was no parcel, the leather company on complaint said, not our problem contact UPS, so what ever you do, don’t use them unless they can guarantee delivery when you need it, in the meantime I have used a reputable company that I trust, good old John Lewis.

Received two leather jackets since Christmas both arrived promptly and I was over the moon with both. Can’t thank Leather Company enough for the help they gave me in sizing they fit perfectly.

Found a lovely large leather hippo footstool online with the leather company. After the purchase I received a phone call and an email about the VAT, because I live in the Netherlands, so this tax had to be paid at the driver. The hippo became a bit more expensive because of the VAT but still a nice price for this lovely footstool.

Purchase on Friday, delivery on Tuesday (in the Netherlands!). Love this company, highly recommended.
