Service and response was great. There was an issue however of slow actioning of the contract when it was sent through from the dealership. I believe the original email was missed, slowing down the process by about a week, which then impacted my eligibility for the government rebate which ended on February 28th.the delay pushed the completion date into March.

Bryan made the process really easy and helped me through each step. The team at Leaselab were able to answer any question that I had reassuring me that I was in good hands.

Casey made things clear, yet effortless.

The novated leasing process has been a real pleasure. Chris responded promptly to every question I had—from the lease structure and pricing to the additional products available. The result was a customised leasing arrangement, with pricing matched to a competing supplier.
Everything was wrapped up within a week—faster than the other supplier could even produce a quote.
Settlement was equally smooth and was completed three days ahead of the scheduled delivery date.

Nicole was great. Always responsive to and took the time to explain and go over any questions that came up. She made sure everyone involved in the process was kept on top of so as not to delay the handover date. Highly recommend working with Nicole if you get the opportunity.
