As we investigate your case, we can see from our records that your enrollment commenced in 2017 and almost four years after, in 2021, you requested a refund. On June 30th, 2021, Mr. Jonathan, Client Services Manager emailed you and we're quoting a portion of it, "We regret to inform you that any amount paid for the past course taken will no longer be refundable. Kindly refer to the copy of your enrollment form under clause 3 of our Terms and Conditions." All our terms and conditions are set out at the point of enrollment in the paperwork you have signed.

I truly thank Grey Secker and all the staff at Learn to trade. I've been trying to trade for a while now on my own, without any success. I've joined learn to trade 2 month ago. Signing up to "Learn To Trade" has been a worthwhile investment for me. I am very happy with the course, content and trainers. Their enthusiasm, knowledge and skills gives me confidence and motivates me to learn more and more each day. I feel relaxed, no pressure and comfortable to learn at my own pace.
The LTT's UW Black Program - 12 month Education Cycle, provides a reasonable scheduled learning timeline and offers unlimited webinars, coaching and training sessions that work well with my lifestyle. My learning curve has accelerated since joining and I wish to thank the teachers for their professionalism, expertise and patience. The course has been a bit more difficult than I envisaged, but once I master learning a new strategy or skill, I am keen to move onto the next. SmartCharts has great Tools and Ideas to save time with finding trading opportunities.
Opportunity for improvement:
Some of the Live Webinars are in "listen only" mode which I feel depersonalises the "teacher/student" interaction learning experience. I prefer face to face or at least student voice sharing engagement. The app used is clunky and limited. I understand these sessions are recorded but perhaps LTT could use another app to give a better learning experience, at least so we can see our teacher's face? Also there is no "play back speed" settings function on recordings. These elements would earn LTT my 5th star. Thank you.

The Learn To Trade 3 day course does a good job at covering Forex trading using the SmartCharts software. Basic technical chart analysis is covered and the inbuilt SmartCharts trading strategies are explained in detail. The SmartCharts software does all you would expect of a trading platform providing technical analysis indicators and chart drawing tools. Where SmartCharts differs from most trading platforms is it provides inbuilt strategies to automatically find potential trade setups and allows you to place the trade with one click having worked out the detail based on your selected capital risk level.
The trading approach taught helps to focus trading objectives using the provided strategies for trade selection while managing capital risk. I found that the course did a good job of covering forex trading and the use of SmartCharts and I am finding SmartCharts to be a good trading platform to use.

Can't thank Greg Seeker, Greg Morgan and Kelly Deene enough for giving me the opportunity to be a part of Learn to trade. Ozan my coach is also amazing and recommend you request him also. As long as your prepared to do the work, watch the videos, follow the rules and read the news before making your trades, you will be successful and make money. It is so much more than the clips on you tube suggest.
You won't get rich overnight as you will be up and down for at least the first few months while you're learning to trade (just like learning to walk), but once you do, overtime you will make a great income and it will change your life.
Learn to trade is not just a platform but a family environment of successful and helpful people that I am proud to be a part of. The support is amazing as they genuinely care and won't to help see you succeed. Best thing I have every done. It is very addictive as the only downside now is you can't trade on the weekends as its closed unfortunately.
