My subscription came due and I couldn't…
My subscription came due and I couldn't cancel it before the deadline. I had attempted to cancel it before the due date and followed the directions on the help page. I said to cancel I needed to click on the cancelation link at the bottom of the page. When I did that it simply took me back up to the top of the help page. I attempted several more times with the same result. Consequently, my payment method was charged and when I contacted the Deepstash company they simply said there was nothing could but offer me a free upgrade. They ignored my complaint about the website loop on the help page. The sad part is I never used the service. This company seems to be a ripoff. I definitely do not recommend interacting with them.

Charged €78.91 without consent
Charged €78.91 for a Paladin Pro subscription I never knowingly agreed to. It didn’t appear in my Apple subscriptions, and I received no email or notification that a paid subscription had started. I only discovered the recurring charges months later after extensive investigation.
When I asked Paladin to provide proof of my consent, they ignored my request and only offered to refund the latest charge.
Very disappointing and, in my experience, completely lacking in transparency.

We are disappointed to see the same complaint posted again from a different reviewer profile, particularly as our team has already addressed this matter with you directly and the same issue was previously raised on Trustpilot.
We would like to clarify several important points for anyone reading this review.
Your Paladin subscription was not purchased through the Apple App Store, which is why it did not appear under your Apple subscriptions. The fact that it was not listed there does not mean that no subscription was active.
Our records show that a Paladin Pro subscription was active on your account and that the app was used repeatedly throughout the paid subscription period. The subscription remained active because it was not canceled before the subsequent billing dates.
It is also not accurate to state that we have ignored your requests. Our support team has responded to you multiple times, reviewed the case again following your most recent message, and offered an additional resolution as a gesture of goodwill in an effort to resolve the matter amicably.
You are, of course, entitled to disagree with the resolution offered and to pursue the matter through your payment provider or the appropriate consumer protection channels. We have already informed you that we will fully cooperate with any formal investigation and provide the relevant subscription, payment, and account activity records available to us.
However, repeatedly posting the same dispute from different reviewer profiles does not change the underlying subscription history or the resolution our team has offered.
Our team remains available through our existing email conversation should you wish to continue resolving the matter directly with us.
