I am excited to get started with the Lean guide. I do feel it does not do an adequate job of showing why/if my calories are the numbers they are and how many snacks, etc. I would have appreciated more detail in the packet vs reading on the forum how to decide how much to eat.

Best drink bottle ever
Best drink bottle ever. I’ve always struggled to find a drink bottle which doesn’t drip when I drink from it. Allows me to consume more water than I normally would due to not needed to refill so often

Delicious meals that have amazing portion sizes. I was worried it was going to be tiny portions, or really light meals, but they're delicious and filling! I put off buying it for so long, but now I am so so glad I did. Highly recommend

Blue drink bottle

Blue Water Bottle
I bought the blue water bottle & it is not only a stunning colour but the fact that it has straw has really made me stay accountable with my water intake. As a breastfeeding mama, it has been so simple to keep up with my fluids! Was worth every cent I paid. 10/10 would recommend.

Just bought the Bare Lean plan and love it. Great choices for breakfast, snacks and lunch/dinner. Haven’t started the exercises yet as I’m not in the right headspace but have already lost a kilo in the first week which is great. I’ve stopped all the snacking which was my downfall. Georgia 😊

Love my new Drink Bottle!!
Love it!!! It comes everywhere with me. It's gone to the gym, work, basketball and on coastal walks. Great size, looks amazing (people have a lil giggle when they read Still Fit Tho) and durable (survives my 5yo son).
