Great customer service. I ordered a decanter and was checking on the shipping status. I used the contact us chat box and was answered immediately. All my questions were answered and even sent pictures of the decanter I ordered in production.

Had an issue with the order, but customer support helped make it right.

I ordered the Tennessee Volunteers Anniversary Bell on April 3, 2026 and received it from China on May 2nd. It is a total piece of crap and does not resemble the photo shown on their website. The company has no phone number listed, and of course they do not respond to emails. A total scam of an operation. The item consists of a flat piece of plastic with decals depicting the bell, etc. Do not be fooled as I was. Stay far away from this deceptive business. I posted a negative review on their website but I’m guessing that they won’t approve my review. Lesson learned at a loss of $48.00!

ADDENDUM TO THIS REIVEW. A couple of hours after posting this one star review, I received an email claiming that there was an error in their posting and offering a 100% refund if I changed my one star review to a five star review. I told them to send me the refund first, which they refused to do. I don’t trust them to issue a refund before I change my review. Please note that their posting of this item remains uncorrected on their website. Definite site to avoid at all costs.

The website lists its business address as 6732 Doll Street, Philadelphia, PA 19142, USA. When you look this up, it turns out to be an ordinary residential house—not a legitimate business location. This directly supports what many other reviewers here on Trustpilot have already pointed out.

There is a consistent pattern of complaints indicating that customers either never receive their orders or receive products that do not match the advertised quality. The lack of transparency, combined with a questionable address and multiple negative reviews, makes this site highly untrustworthy.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this website. There are plenty of legitimate retailers out there—this is not one of them.

Great seller. This is legit. No scam. I was worried at first but I ordered multiple items and ALL came and were great. Sneakers were awesome! 👏👏

Update 4/27/26: I must revise my review as this company promised a refund over a week ago and I never received one. In addition, they still charged the shipping for the product going to be refunded which was not the product I had ordered. Think twice before doing business with them.

They were very responsive and provided great customer service.

The product received was nothing like what was advertised. I purchased 3 Everton FC commemorative glass that was shown as high quality product and pictured in a lined presentation box. What i received was 3 cheap looking glasses boxed in polystyrene and no presentation box.
I have sent two emails requesting a refund and have now been contacted by league locker gear offering a 50% refund on the purchase price which im happy with
