I would strongly advise against using this company. We hired them to distribute leaflets for our dental practice, but they failed to deliver on their promises. They claimed to offer live tracking of the distribution, but we never received it. When we requested proof of the distribution, they were unable to provide anything. The leaflets were supposed to be distributed outside Hammersmith tube station, but when we personally checked the location at the scheduled time, no one was there. Overall, their service was unreliable and unprofessional.

I applied and met all requirements for the job and even sent sensetive information like my passport and ni number and was told a supervisor would message me at 6pm and i got no message. I followed up the next day and was told i would be rebooked for the following day but still got no message from a supervisor. Since then they have been ignoring my messages and I am worried because of the information i gave them. Do not apply for this job they will just waste your time.

I wouldn't even give them a star!

I applied for a job with JogPost. I went through all the appropriate stages!
Was told, I would recieve a message after 6pm, from my supervisor, with information about training today!
I still have not had any information through from a supervisor, about my supposed training, this morning!

This makes me very nervous, as JogPost have all my details!

No disrespect, but this is very unprofessional on Jogpost's part, and not the way to build confidence in a prospective new employee, starting with a new company!

I am an organised person, and like to have all the information at hand to me, before the training day!
Hence my asking them for it yesterday, to be told, I'd have it by the above stated!

Going forward, if this is the shape of things to come, that one has to look forward to ... unprofessionally on jogpost's part, for whatever the reason may be!
... made me withdraw my application, to work for/with them!

I Thanked them for the consideration, but going on this situation alone, I do not have the confidence, nor would I feel safe working for jogpost out on the street, if I cannot rely on my supervisor, at this point in my application ...regarding not having the info needed to be able to attend training this morning
... then how am I supposed to feel safe and secure, in relying on my supervisor once I'm on the street with jogposts leaflets!?

I'm not happy about this situation at all, and this is not how to treat future prospective staff, or run a buisness going forward!

No longer am i interested in working for Jogpost, based on this experience explained in full above!

Did not do what they said they would do, I.e.
send me a video link so that I could observe progress, they talk the talk, but do not walk the walk, or should I say Jog ??

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AS A LEAFLET DISTRIBUTOR.
They say they will give you full time but they don't. They say you need to travel between zones 1-6 but they send you almost outside of London, you need to take tube, bus, train to get there and you pay 20 pounds for travel per day for the 50 pounds they pay you. They say it is flexible but you can cancel your shift only until 12 o'clock but they only let you know where you have to go after 6 pm. And if you refuse to go they take 40 pounds per week from you pay. WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR. DO NOT GET FOOLED.

I worked with jogpost the so called "biggest and best leaflet company in the UK" and I have had a terrible experience working for them,the supervisors are rude and unprofessional and the top are not involved in any disputes,the supervisors feel entitled to the job because half of them are related to each other so if you have an issue with one of them then all the supervisors gang up on you and make you feel intimidated and undervalued,a few times iv made complaints and the managers do not get involved,,they leave it to a women called Michelle who you only ever speak to on the phone and acts like she's on your side but goes around protocol when a complaint is made and managers know nothing about it,,they say it's zero emissions yet all the supervisors are driving in cars (really) also leaflets at times are not delivered correctly and when this happens the joggers are made to take the blame,I was told to post a leaflet in a no junk mail letter box which I do not agree with but done it to keep my job,a man came out shouting at me and I told him the truth that the company tell us to post in a no junk mail letterbox,the man called the office to complain and the office denies giving us orders to post in no junk mail letter boxes leaving the workers to take the blame and get in to violent situations when somebody really doesn't want any junk mail through the door,tge office tgen rang me to ask why im telling the truth to residents with no junk mail sighns and was topd in future to jist say sorry to the resident and say ypu didnt see tge sighn lol so we have to act dum or iliterate,the management are cowards and hide behind the telephone,this company is not good for people's business because of the way the employees are treated,eventually I left because of moral reasons and the abuse I receive of supervisors,like me many others are in the same boat,just read the review of people who work in or have worked the job because most of the good reviews are fake and planted by jogpost them self and most joggers are scared to out them because they need a job,I really didn't need a job that bad....

JogPost has delivered the leaflets for my company RelaxWax for the last 5 years. I’ve never had a single problem. I trust them completely with my leaflets.

Best company I’ve used for advertising my buisness and have received great feedback from the flyers we had distributed by them.

I have had the worst service and treatment, the delivery person came more than 6 hours late and I don't think a lot of my leaflets were distributed at all. Asim from jogpost operations seems to be avoiding me and this company seems very fraudulent. DO NOT USE.

We used this company after seeing their website back in February (2019) It looked impressive and showed favourable reviews. Wanting to promote our business which included a special offer, specifically for Valentine's day, we booked a double sided flyer and we agreed a catchment area locally, with over 6,000 households, which we thought would be a good coverage.
Valentine's day came and went and we had NOT ONE customer come into us with the offer leaflet. I queried this with the member of staff dealing with our campaign. I was sent the 6,000 addresses by email that were in the catchment area, but this later transpired was not “a list of addresses which were delivered to”. Because we did not opt for the GPS tracking in our campaign, they could not confirm if the leaflet had even been delivered (!). Apparently there are records to show that the people they employ to do the delivery for them complete paperwork to show they have delivered the leaflets.
Not happy with this explanation, purely by random, I selected postcodes from their list, and cross referenced this with our own database of known customers who have purchased from us in the past. These customers had been kind enough to leave their telephone numbers with us, so I called them.
I explained our position that we had paid a firm to deliver a leaflet for us. The leaflet was quite distinctive in that it was green in colour on one side and red on the other. I also explained that the leaflet would have come through their door separately from the normal postal delivery, which is one of the selling points of this company.
All of the customers I contacted unequivocally said “No, we have not received your leaflet”.

Two people work here and live in the area that was said to have been delivered to. They were specifically looking out for the leaflet and they did not get theirs either. When I queried this with the member of staff dealing with our campaign at leaflet marketing, I was fobbed off and told that "customer's don't take any notice of what comes through their doors, so my method of checking if they received their leaflet was not a reliable one(!)".
After many emails and the threat of legal action in the small claims court, I was offered another leaflet drop, this time with GPS tracking, all this would all be free of charge.
It took over TWO MONTHS to come back to me with this offer! Strange that this was offered when they said they had done the original leaflet drop.

We have now had a second leaflet drop and had TWO PEOPLE come back to us to say they received the second leaflet (The two people who work here did not receive the second leaflet). I have left many messages for a phone call back, and sent SIX emails now asking for an update on our latest campaign, showing the GPS tracking that was promised. I am STILL waiting. The communication within this company is nothing short of pathetic.

If you were seriously considering a leaflet marketing campaign, I would avoid using this company.

Don’t believe my leaflets were delivered at all. I live in one of maps I wanted distribution to and didn’t even get a flyer in my own letterbox nor have my neighbors. On top of this I haven’t received a single call with 15,000 leaflets over 3 areas.

When i asked for my gps report I was told it will be with me within a few hours, it has now been 2 months since i’ve asked for it and have heard nothing!
