Since changing from Boiler Guide to…

Since changing from Boiler Guide to Leads.io they’ve gone down hill fast. From customer service to lead quality this has become a complete waste of time and money. If you are lucky to get a response from a lead it’s a race to the bottom if you want the job. Cheapest wins as per their advertising. Do not bother giving this company your hard earned money

Was told that the leads were verified…

Was told that the leads were verified and i would be better to have the setting on auto except, ive had 3 leads which have cost me £135, first one was ok, the second one was someone wanting to ask a question and third never responded to me, i emailed company and Ive not had a satisfactory result, total waste of time, I’m also annoyed that they are being advertised in my Gas safe magazine which made me think were checked by gas safe, avoid at all costs.

Very poor leads!!!!

Very poor leads!!!!

Our account manager during the sales process ensured us that the leads they obtained were genuine and not massively distributed to numerous contractors.

We therefore signed up and started to get leads.
Within the first 2 weeks, I had gathered that we were being lied to.

Even when I disputed the leads as not genuine they were often refuted and I was told they were in fact genuine.

One customer told me he had been bombarded with calls since filling in a silly form online.

We have therefore closed our account and will not be recommending this method of lead generation to anyone.

Extremely poor quality leads

In recent months the leads being supplied by leads.io are extremely poor in quality and I don't believe are being properly qualified as per their marketing blurb. I have received leads from vulnerable people, people who already have existing solar PV installed and people who bluntly say 'not interested' in their opening line! How can they justify these leads as being fully qualified?
