Leaders - Southend-on-Sea Bewertungen 

Was stung last summer by these cowboys. Had a sale agreed with a seller. Then leaders directed me to an external solicitors even though I already had one in place who then charged me £55 to do a credit check which i Iater found out I didn't even need to do When i stated to the solicitors i wasnt interested they then got shirty with me. Which then caused me to pull out of the sale. I'm now house hunting again and seeing a lot of properties I'm interested in from leaders but refuse to buy any listed with them now.

AVOID Terrible experience using the Southend office, I am a landlord and currently trying to move my business elsewhere and experiencing the same poor service I have experienced throughout using them - would not recommend

I never write reviews on anything. ( Bad for my Uber)!!! But this estate agent is by far the best. I have bought and sold houses for years and never trusted at the end because of being had over by them. Gullible, absolutely yes!
But these guys I’ve sold and rented with the Southend on sea branch and dealt with David and Joanne. They are the best, honest most dependable I’ve come across. I cannot thank them enough for being upstanding and trustworthy. You will not get better guys anyone who takes the time to read this. They really are the best and go above and beyond their job description. Recommend in a heart beat. Absolute asset to Leaders!

Both David & James were fantastic throughout communicated the whole way through and was there to answer all of my many questions. Thanks again!

We have been landlords with Leaders for many years and would definitely recommend them. Of recent Regan Obourne especially has been a great help to us, she's very polite and professional and is straight on to any task we ask of her without delay. She keeps us up to date with everything and is a real asset to the company.

Highly trained and skilful staff, personable and insightful in all aspects of local and current developments in their area. I asked many problematic questions and received accurate and convincing answers, all done with patience, confidence and even sometimes, at appropriate moments, humour. Will buy more houses and keep coming back to the lads at Southend for the good ones.

I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Definitely don't seem very well trained amd their people skills leave a lot to be desired.

One star is generous. Honestly avoid at all costs. We sold our house through Leaders, we found them unprofessional from the very start. Our house was also up with another estate agents and they made very unprofessional comments about them.
We only had a small chain but the move took 9 very stressful months during which we had ZERO communication from Leaders. We called and emailed on multiple occasions asking for updates with no response from them. The only updates we received were through other estate agents within the chain, they also commented how difficult it was to get through to Leaders.
We weren't even told by them when our moving date would be. The only call we had from them was on the day to see if we had collected our keys.
We've been in our house 6 months and we are STILL having problems with them due to payments that were supposed to be taken from money from the move. They didn't do this and have now landed us with a bill for thousands of pounds for the so called 'service' they provided.
Absolutely shocking and no sense of customer care whatsoever.
I left a review on their Facebook page, they have now hidden reviews on their Facebook so it can't be seen. Do not use them whatever you do.
