If we could leave 0 stars we would, worst estate agent we've ever dealt with.

Scammed into No Deposit Option, saying the Landlord would not accept the normal deposit option. It was explained that the money we would pay as a monthly fee would count as deposit money over the course of the tenancy. After the tenancy ended we found out that this was not the case.

We were also told that there was plumbing for dishwasher and washing machine already done, that some work would happen before we moved in and the place would be professionally cleaned before we picked up the keys. This again was not the case, we had to pay for the plumbing and the Landlord would not reimburse, the state of the house inside was disgustingly filthy, and outside there was a lot of debris, old household items and general rubbish down the side of the house. Only after us chasing them for months via emails and voicemails (with very poor response rate from Leaders, never responding to emails or picking up the phone) they finally sent a cleaner round, but only to clean the extractor fan and to pick up the rubbish outside even later on. So in the meantime we had to sort everything else out at cost to ourselves.

On top of this the place was described as being in good condition but dated decorative order, which we were ok with. However we had various leaks due to poor structure and problems with damp and mould. When this was reported instantly by us and through multiple inspections we had via Leaders we again had to chase and chase for responses from property management only to be told the Landlord would not fix the issues yet we had at this point paid £1000's in rent and they would not negotiate with the Landlord on our behalf.

After the final inspection we had, the lady from Leaders that came round to do this advised us to complain to the property manager's supervisor, and stated on the inspection report that everything we had raised and reported previously was the Landlord's responsibility to fix and gave us the supervisor's contact details.

We followed the inspectors advice, but never received a response from the property manager's supervisor.

We were given notice via email less than a week later, again, after being told that the Landlord would not be fixing any of these issues.

We managed to find a new home fairly quickly and they refused to let us out of the contract one month early, our complaint was never acknowledged or dealt with but the property manager then started emailing us multiple times a week for a forwarding address. Upon leaving, we had to get the property professionally cleaned, costing us £500, even though the property was in a dire state when we moved in (shown in check in report with amended photos and comments).

Avoid Leaders at all costs.

I cannot thank Ronnie and Oliver (and the team at Leaders, Poole) enough for their excellent customer service and support - they made the process of finding (going out of their way to find and flag properties to me) and securing a property almost effortless. At all times faultless in their professionalism and tireless in their willigness to help; thanks so much to you and the whole Leaders team.

One landlord let us down so they found me another property very quickly.

Leaders was efficient and helpful from the get go. Got a viewing opportunity within a couple hours and were in contact with us whenever it was essential to get things going. Ronnie Cullinane was who dealt with our finalisation of renting a property and he was available to talk to whenever we needed him and made sure everything went quickly and smoothly.

All in all - I've had a pretty mixed experience with Leaders (encompassing a number of their offices / branches) however - The experience that I've had with Leaders Poole, has been nothing shy of exemplary, more specifically, my experience with one of their Team members, Ronnie. Hmm... The best way that I can say it, is: You know that deep sense of satisfaction that you get when you deal with someone who not only knows how to do their job with the utmost levels of care, competence, confidence, diligence and professionalism but also portrays it in both how they speak and their overall levels of conduct when dealing with you? Well... Yeah. That statement accurately describes my experience when communicating with Ronnie. Top work mate, and really appreciate your help.

A few other notable mentions are guy who has the badass mustache from their Bournemouth branch, and his colleague who used to work in animations (sorry guys, forgotten your names, but you deserve a shout out as well for being both really easy, and fun to deal with.)
