Overall my experience with Leaders was very good, I’d like to mention Sue Carter in particular who helped navigate a very protracted and drawn out purchase. She continually chased solicitors on both sides and kept me up to date via email and phone, she was always professional and friendly, not matter how frustrating and stressful the process became! In fact it was Sue who was able to eventually push through completion. A big thank you.
Following completion, I emailed to see if the agents had any information regarding electricity meters and unfortunately I was ignored, I did not receive a response to my email. The sold sign has still not been removed from outside my property and we are more than 8 weeks post completion. For these reasons I have given 4 stars rather than 5.

The guys I dealt with at the Cotteridge office are a credit to Leaders. Special thanks to Mark and Damon but especially Sue who had to hound my poor performing Conveyancers all the way. Many thanks and I have no hesitation in recommending this team.

Great team who put you ontop to meet all your needs. I worked with Jessica Smith who constantly updated me and was great help in getting an apartment even when it was last minute. I appreciated her help very much!

Renting our property from Leaders was a smooth process for us. They always say don't rent a property without viewing the property first but that wasn't the case for me. The property was clean and looked exactly like the video sent to us by leaders. The staff was friendly and answered all our queries. Our property manager Natalie responded to our emails in a timely manner. No problems here. I would recommend using this estate agent.

Received a very good service from Natalie while renting my property through Leaders. She was very quick to deal with any issues that arose and communication was good.

My wife and I have rented our first apartment which is fully managed by Leaders in Kings Norton. Natalie Mitchell is our Property Manager and has been superb with resolving any queries at speed. Would highly recommend as it's taken away a lot of the fear around renting a property, especially for a first time renter such as myself!

I'm new to the whole landlord experience and I didn't want the hustle and headache that the experience can sometimes come with. I wanted an agent who would be professional, reliable and approachable to manage the property and I found Leaders. I'm so glad I did!
Their letting consultant Louise arrived for the first appointment as scheduled, for the second she was delayed due to traffic but she kept me informed the whole way there. She was simply amazing in her whole demeanor - friendly and respectful and I was certain I had found the right agent. She took pictures and marketed the property promptly.
Within a week, I had a call from Lorna to advise they had found a tenant. Both Louise and Lorna have been easily accessible by phone and patiently answering all my questions.
I am very happy I chose Leaders and I would highly recommend them. They'll certainly be managing my portfolio going forward.

As a first time buyer, purchasing was an unknown to me, but Leaders assigned Sue Carter to take care of me throughout this process and I found her friendly, approachable and reassuring. I felt like she was able to truly advocate for me and when I had questions about the survey, she deferred me to her colleague for more information, Mark Kelsall. He took the time to visit the property with me after some damp issues were highlighted during the survey and helped to get more information on this by liaising with the vendors to organise further investigations. This was an unexpected bonus, as I expected to have to do that myself.

I found that neither Sue or Mark put any undue pressure on me to move faster with anything and were as much in my corner as that of the vendors. Overall, it has been a very smooth process. I would recommend Leaders Kings Norton to anyone wishing to buy through an estate agent.

Mahema Sultana is an absolute diamond within Leaders group. She has been quick, assistive, fast and prompt in resolving issues surrounding maintetance, management of the properties and also complex issues tenancy agreements.

I would give -0 if I could. The worst company ever, avoid at all costs! Staff are completely incompetent, processes are a pathetic joke, they discriminate against tenants, break the law and are just looking to maximise their profits.

Leaders have been excellent throughout the process of selling my father’s house. They have been very quick to deal with any problems and been there to give advice when needed. Communication has been good making the process run very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Leaders.

I’d like to thank the team at Leaders for all their help and support over the last three months with my house sale . In particular massive thanks to Claire Ayres and Sue Carter , there were a few unexpected bumps in the road that needed navigating but Leaders( in particular Claire ) always had the answers . House buying & selling is up there with the most stressful activity most people will do in their lives and without out the commitment and support given by Leaders the transaction may not have got over the line as quickly as it did .

The worse agency experience ever.
From beginning very careless.
They gave us keys to rented home without showing us around.
House was poor condition not as it was shown us on video.
After many many emails reporting issues only very few was sorted.
Big issues was delayed up to 8 months.
Contract build to hard to understand and it came up mainly with rights for agency and landlord.
Total discrimination of tenants rights.
Aimee our house agent also very hard to catch up, never available eighter on annual leave 500 times a year or other things (leaving open cases unfinished and don't bother to pass any details to colleagues so they can finish it)
Maybe I wouldn't mind but when u pay rent and bills on time they should care a little bit.
So absolutely terrible experience
Never ever again.

Having a named individual to progress chase my sale was brilliant. This service was efficient and responsive to my queries and concerns. Really took the stress out of what can be a stressful process.

Claire and the team was abouslute fantastic when we was selling our house sold a few houses in the past and always had stress .this time was stress free another team member was sue done everything for you. So glad we had leaders gave my brother in law to sell his house last month was sold in 2 weeks full asking price. Highly recommended great service great prices great staff.
