Horrible. I’m saddened that this company is advising their “American “ products when you get shipping updates from China. On top of the product being nothing like it’s advertised either. I was robbed.

It's a complete scam... The tint is NOT custom cut, it's just a roll of cheap Chinese tint. Reported to consumer affairs as false advertising and bait and switch tactics.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Only reason I’m give 1 star is because you can’t give less. You do NOT get what they advertise. They send you some cheap roll of film that’s too small to even tint a window and send it from china that took a month to get. I emailed them 4 times in the month to request a refund and to cancel the order and they will not respond to emails. DO NOT BUY

Scam artists! Send you a garbage roll of tint not even precut and they DON'T respond to emails!

Class Action Lawsuit Time! This is a scam, do not buy anything from this company, they say it’s a small business-family. It ships out of China, videos you see on the internet or social media are not what you actually get. What you actually get is a $15-$20 roll of tint that you can pickup at any car parts store. Then when you send them and email they send you back a generic copy of what they have sent everyone else.

I ordered a windshield tint colored for a 2023 f150 and received a small roll of colored tint and a scraper from china! This whole thing was a scam please do not buy

I ordered a removable tint for my car windshield. I paid $70 for it but I got cheap uncut black plastic sheet after weeks. They are scamming thousands of people. Please beware

Just a scam. Received my order today and it 2 small rolls of tint not even tall enough for my car. They will never refund you. Just talk with your bank to cancel this transaction.

First of all I ordered it over a month ago and still haven't received it it and second I've seen the reviews and it's junk. It cames in a roll from China. Don't get scammed into this nonsense like I did people save your money.

If I could leave zero I would. Complete waste of money. Website is a scam and will send you small roll of cheap tint.

SCAM!!! Do not buy from them!! Ordered a full pre-cut tint package and got a small roll that I could’ve bought for a few dollars at the store.

This is a scam company. The tint is not cut to size or even large enough to fit the window. Just a random roll of tint for $100. Wish me luck getting my money back

Extremely disappointed and upset ! Got my order after over a month of waiting only to receive 5 rolls of regular tint that I could have bought for a quarter of what I paid from any local auto parts store. The only reason I ordered from lazeway was because I was expecting to review sturdy, precut, removable tints like advertised. I would like a full refund 😡😡😡

This place is a joke. I ordered March 19th and paid for express 5-7 day shipping and kept getting "oh your order #2637 is delayed due to high demand" I've asked about a refund and their person Jay Morrison won't respond about the refund so I kept emailing and I just get the whole we are working on getting in shipped. It's being processed. Finally 18 days later I get a tracking number and it's from China. Every other review had the same issue and it's gonna end up being a flimsy cheap roll of tint. Not even what's pictured in their advertisement. People say you can just remove it and put it back in when you want. I've let my credit card company know and I have all the proof to let the better business bureau know and will go to small claims court if this is a scam. I've went back and forth with their person Jay so if it comes down to it and it's not tint I can remove and put back in this place is gonna end up having alot of troubles. There is so many people about to turn this place in. It sucks because they could have so much great business from people because the idea is awesome but instead they just screw people over. And unfortunately for them ive been showing this advertisement to someone who i know that has tons of trucks that need tinted and he thought this was brilliant to be able to remove it as needed and wanted to get all his trucks and vans done. Atleast 5k-7k$ worth of windows to be done but most likely will lose that business to once my order shows up and its a cheap tint and not removable like the advertising states in their videos. I wish they were just gonna be honest and not scammers. I've even asked about having it pre cut and never hear anything back about it. I'm hoping Jay will be good on what the site says because it's gonna all be on him since he's the one that responded to every customer. Im assuming im gonna get a reply on this review from lazeway saying "they looked up my name and order # and cant find it and it must be a mistake" like they have to every other review. I've already sent this to my uncle who is a well know and reputable attorney in washington state and he said if it is a scam we can definitely go to small claims and most likely win. If you end up getting screwed too my uncle advised me to keep every reciept, every email between you and the company video from online that shows the fake product we expect them to send and pictures and proof of what they actually send you so you can take it to court and also to prove to your credit card company so you can fight the charge and for proof at court.

I purchased 2 windshields from what was suppose to be an American Company. Not even close! This is a CHINA scam!!! I thankfully used a credit card for 1 and will get my money back. I’m at a complete lose on the other windshield though. Even the tracking numbers are bull! 3-7 day shipping is all bull. More like 15-30 days! I should have looked further before ordering especially these days. BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAM!

Total scam and they'll fight your payment dispute with lies and fake tracking numbers.

Order #2786 on March 21 2024. Passed the 7-10 shipping mark as advertised. Emailed twice with an automated response with we will reply within 2 business days and still no response. This place is a joke! Go to an actual tint shop and don't waste your time and money here. What a SCAM! Thank god I used apple for payment cause I will get my money back.
