Not Good Experience - We Will Never Do Business with Lawmatics
We signed up with lawmatics after significant sales pressure, and too many emails and calls. We were told it would be a good fit for our company. We never used the software. During the onboarding process we discovered that lawmatics would not work for our company with our current situation.
Before we signed up, Lawmatics representatives said we can cancel any time if it does not work or if there is an issue. When we discovered this would not work for us during the onboarding process, we asked them to pause the program billing which they did for 3 months, then they resumed charging us $1,099.97/month even though we were not using lawmatics and did not access it. We asked to cancel but they refused. We never used lawmatics and it was not completely set up for us to use it. The onboarding was not completed. Lawmatics charged us a total of $13,199.64 and we got nothing for that in return. When decided to cancel and asked for our money, they turn unfriendly and non responsive.
We will take this to court and to the California State Bar. We are really disappointed since we trusted the sales team and their promises, but how is this legal and how is this ethical? We tried to reach their upper management/CEO but they never replied.
