Ordered a set from here, every time I tracked it, it said it was in transit then one day it said it had arrived which is total boll*cks! I’ve tried to contact them via email but as everyone else has said you don’t get a response so now I’ve had to do a fraudulent claim through my bank! Frustrated is an understatement. Please never order from them unless you want to lose your money!

They sent the wrong size and will not honor a replacement shipment. I’m very aggravated and it seems they don’t care if I trash them as a result. There is no integrity with this company.

If you know anything about textiles, the actual cost of the product is only 10% of the selling price, and instead of honoring my $75 order, they apologize! Apologies don’t make me whole after their mistake. Never buy from these guys, NEVER.

Shocking customer service and awful quality, stay away.

UPDATE- over a month, my item finally shipped… but it appears to be stuck in Atlanta….

Wow I wish I had checked these reviews before I ordered my item which never shipped after three weeks. I contacted them by email over and over again could never get a hold of anybody and they said it was delivered but it wasn’t ever delivered and never shows that it shipped from their warehouse. They are a bunch of lying scammers do not buy here. My item never shipped. (There is zero customer service now I have to file fraud charges with my bank

Horrible. Overpriced. Sizing is just plain stupid. Based on Lavah’s “size chart” my wife is a 6-8. I chose larger and received a size 0-2 piece of overpriced garbage.
ZERO response from “24/7 customer service”.

I agree with another reviewer. If I could give negative stars I would. They have a no refund, no exchange policy claiming it's because of hygiene. I purchased a bra. Not only was it too large, it was the worst piece of junk I've ever received. Absolutely awful.

Horrible customer experience. I was never able to speak to a human being. My package never arrived, and they refused to give refund. The address was incorrect on the order, and I reached out immediately to correct my mistake. Never helped me, just took my money and said FU...every company I made this mistake with, I reached out to immediately and was helped except this company....thumbs down

SCAMMERS! Spent $100 on nothing. No response from customer service after several emails and attempts on Instagram. Tried calling their phone number and I get a Google voice recording. This company is a scam. Do not spend your money with them.

I’d give NEGATIVE stars if I could. I placed an order and paid for an item back in September. Three months later, I still haven’t received my item, nor have I received any notification that the item has even shipped (as was indicated would happen in the automated order confirmation email when I made the purchase). I’ve tried at least a dozen times to contact them through every avenue possible with no response. Total scam/rip off. DO NOT order anything from this site!

Shipping shows Alibaba on tracking. No delivery still after 3 weeks. No estimated delivery date either

Terrible product quality and even worse customer service. The pictures of their products are gorgeous, but I was shocked at the poor quality. The dress I purchased had holes and snags after one use and I had to be so carful when putting on the bodysuit to keep it from tearing. How did I spend $300 there?? Yikes!

Awful quality, an illegal returns policy, and half the stuff never shipped. Never ever use them. It's just dropshipped tat from AliExpress.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! What you get in the mail is nothing like how it is portrayed. I did not get my entire order, quality is terrible and the "one size" is tiny.

Lavah used to be called Vavana. Next year it will be called something else to throw people off and not find all the poor reviews.

This is my experience: I ordered something for my wife just after Christmas for Valentine’s Day. It didn’t arrive until AFTER Valentine’s Day. Not only that, the item wasn’t even the same thing that I ordered. When contacting them, they said that lingerie is not refundable. Even after sending me the WRONG item, I’m stuck with it?

This is a drop-shipping operation.

Cut out the middleman and get the same stuff on aliexpress or alibaba and have it shipped from China for less money.

took forever to get here and once recieved it was the cheapest stuff i have ever seen. Horrible. Cant specify more but stay away!!!! spend more someplace else, this is just a joke

Rubbish, nothing turned up then ignored all of my attempts to contact them.
I feel a little better reading the other reviews about how crap the clothes are, but still gutted .
I’m down $200 and never got to see my wife in the lingerie 😢
