I have been buying from this shop for many years but recently bought 3 items.
Some jeans which I absolutely love really lovely style & good quality. A white T shirt with silver design, which again I love and the material is lovely & soft & a light weight white sweatshirt.
The clothes prices are great value for money, the quality is of a reliable standard & they always post things out promptly if you buy online. I highly recommend this brand both the shop & online.

Poor Quality Items
Saw this company on line and the clothes looked lovely. Also they stated that they were made in Italy. The reviews were mixed however I decided to order two items. The description was correct however the quality was not good. I had to cut off and finish all the rough edges on both garments and remove many loose threads. After a couple of washes I now need to sew some of the seams back together. Such a shame because they are so pretty and look lovely on. That is the reason I kept them oh and the cost of the return postage. Also they are not made in Italy but in China, the label clearly states made in The Peoples Republic of China.
So buyer beware the garments are of a poor quality and finish. Definitely throw away fashion.

This was an honest mistake on our part, and as soon as it was brought to our attention, we corrected it straight away. We're a small, hardworking team (no robots here) just real people who sometimes make mistakes – but we always do our best to put things right as quickly as possible.
As for the quality concerns, we do always ensure the fabric content is in the description. The items you purchased were part of a rustic-style collection, which does feature raw edge detailing as part of the design – something we always try to highlight in both our product descriptions and during our daily live streams, where our girls show the products up close and talk through the fit, feel, and fabric in detail.
We’re disappointed to hear that the garments didn’t meet your expectations, especially as you mentioned they look lovely on – which is what we always hope for. Please know that this is not fast, throwaway fashion. We’re proud to have a loyal community of wonderful customers who return to us time and again, wearing and loving their pieces for years.

Excellent efficient service. The live shows are always fun and informative giving valuable honest information about fit and size. I recently ordered a Santos cap sleeve dress which is so comfortable and cool to wear I quickly ordered another one. I have several outfits from them and I am never disappointed in fit and quality. Just had my second order from Laundryb, and wow, saw it on the tiktok live and ordered most of it when it was released. Im a size 24 which is top end in sizing for this brand and oh wow everything fits beautifully and im keeping the lot! Even one recommended upto a size 22 fitted with ease. Delighted first time customer - I'll be back!
I tried Laundry B for the first time. I absolutely love the Bodhi pleat trousers which I bought in two colours. They are the softest, comfiest summer trousers ever and look great alone or under a dress. I'd just come out of hospital after abdominal surgery and they were so perfectly comfortable. I also love the two Marina stripe dresses and have worn and washed them already. The Benji linen top is lovely too.
I ordered two of the beautiful scarves. The colours weren't quite right for me (a winter) but my (summer) friend had them instead.
I'm sending back several items that were too big, too long or just not right for me and, when I receive a refund. I'll be back for more.
