Lovely products
My sister had bought a lovely pair of trousers from this company which are really good quality. I had a look during the Black Friday sale and picked up a lovely jumper which was an absolute steal. It is really good quality and can be dressed up or worn more casually depending on the occasion. Will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Inaccurate sizing
I agree with former reviews about misleading sizing having bought 2 trousers and a skirt. “One size” items like the juno jeans have photos of a very slim woman showing the waistband to be well fitted to her waist and there are no other models used. Given this is the landing page where purchases happen, it’s unfair to say customers should research Facebook. Why not show the whole waistline in photos using a range of different sized models on this site too then? I’m a size 10 (and pregnant) and both the s/m and one size items hang off and are a minimum of a size 14 before the elasticated waist is stretched. I don’t agree these cater for size 10. Anything with a waistline is hard to sell as oversized one size and I’m sure the other products are great but I can’t help feeling that these items should not be included and presented more honestly. Lovely in all other ways, just think it’s worth listening to this valuable feedback Laundry B have had more than once.

As a small, independent business, we don’t have the budget for a full team of models in a wide range of sizes, which is why we’ve always encouraged customers to visit our Friends of Laundry Facebook community. It’s a space where women ranging from a size 8–24+ kindly try on pieces, review them, and share honest styling and sizing advice.
Your suggestion about showing the full waistband is great, and we will encourage this on our shoot days. We want our product photos to represent fit as accurately as possible. When our models (who range from a size 8–12) are pegged for styling, we always explain this during our livestreams and make sure to include clear guidance on our website, along with detailed measurements for each item.
We value your feedback and will keep it in mind as we explain sizing on our site in future. Thank you again for your honesty. Team@Laundryb

Purchase was the Demi bloom - barely worn anything else. Fabric is great - wish there were more colours in this style, as being on the shorter side I feel they are more flattering being less baggy. Ordered the star jumper to go with and virtually live in them.

Fingerless gloves…
I ordered 4 pairs of fingerless gloves in different colours as I thought they were reasonably priced. They arrived quickly and I was very pleased with the quality too.

I really like this company
I really like this company, i bought some tings on line, they are good quality and perfect for women of a certain age who like to dress bohemian or avante guarde, I love the balloon hem dress which flatters my boxy figure and gives me a shape, plenty of options in cotton and linen which is important to me for comfort and the environment. The staff answer questions quickly.

My favourite fashion store
This has been my go-to store for clothes for several years now. The website is easy to navigate, and the products are shown off beautifully. The prices are amazingly reasonable - they're a fraction of of the cost of similar-looking clothing I've seen sold elsewhere - and regular customers get a 10% discount! I've never regretted anything I've bought from LaundryB, and I'm often asked where I've got my outfits from. Huge fan - keep up the wonderful work!

Have made several repeat orders
Since my initial order I have ordered several other items and have been pleased with them all. The fact that most items fit sizes from 8 to 20 remove any problems with clothes being too tight on the hips or bust, and the things I have purchased drape beautifully. I’ve ordered tops, tunics and dresses- not tried the trousers yet but I will!

What a company..what fabulous customer care I received.
I received an order to find that there was an item missing..although the form inside stated it was there.
I contacted Laundry B..they were so sorry and so helpful.
They solved the problem there and then immediately..I didn't have to chase them.
Other companies should take a look how a business should be ran.
Plus the style the cost of the garments unreal.

Very disappointed in the last couple of…
Very disappointed in the last couple of times ordering from LaundryB. Their sizing is not accurate. Also the way they package their items is unprofessional. A piece of tiny ribbon makes it look messy! They use to be so on trend and packaging was beautifully done!
Too many of the same item in different colours and not enough stock or replenished stock to keep up with demand! Had to return items yet again! The plus is they refund you quickly. Please have an area on your website for your customers to have a say in what they are looking for in clothing..you would be onto a winner here and profit well.

Regarding sizing, we understand that every body shape is different, which means sizing can vary slightly from person to person. Our size guide is designed as a helpful reference, and we also include detailed measurements on each product page.
As for our packaging, the ribbon you mentioned is part of our move toward a more sustainable packing approach — we’ve reduced excess materials like the tissue paper to lessen our environmental impact.
In terms of stock, we are only a small independent boutique, we unfortunately don't have the staff nor space to hold large loads of stock. Our collections are also intentionally limited to keep them unique and exclusive. We do restock popular items where possible, but our aim is to offer pieces that you won’t find on the high street.
Lastly, we love hearing from our community and always welcome kind suggestions through our social media pages and live streams. While we don’t currently have a dedicated section on our website for product requests, we genuinely listen to our customers and take their preferences into account when curating future collections or looking for the next selection of styles.

The original & best
I love this company. From the live launches and styling tips every day on Facebook to the wonderful customer services (thank you Tina!) if there’s any little query. The clothes are mostly one size from an 8 to a 20+ and once you get to know your own style, it’s easy to look fabulous. Recent purchases of mine have been the Bowie skirt & very funky sweater, the gorgeous quality Charli honeycomb sweater, three scarves, Shelby trousers and lots of summer linens. Many other companies try to copy them but Jo and the girls are without imitation. 🥰

The last 5yrs has been enlightening, exciting, totally changed my outlook on what's in my wardrobe and what I wear.
To be able to go out and be wearing L.B clothing, that's true to size, great quality and styling comfortable and be unique. I always get admiring looks gasps where did you get that!!! Love that Jo and her fabulous team do all the hard work! I just choose from the many choices and click and purchase. No more tracking round the stores, looking for that item not in the colour or size . Delivered to your door, ready to go!! The support recieved from the team,friendly help at the end of the phone. No problem not solved or resolved , always end with a happy friendly chat.
So I always look forward to what I can add to my wardrobe and what Jo has in store for US NEXT.
