Fraudsters - Never received the bag or the refund!
I ordered a bag from their website with expedited shipping to receive it within 2-3 days.
The bad did not arrive even after 1 week. When I contacted them, they promised to refund the express shipping fee - which they never did.
Its been 2 weeks since the order and no bag has arrived.
I asked for a refund and cancellation. No cancellation or refund.
Beware and don't order from them.

At the time your review was posted, the parcel was still in transit, which meant we were unable to process a cancellation or refund until the carrier confirmed the final delivery status. This procedure is in place to protect both our customers and our company.
We can now confirm that the parcel has been successfully delivered, within an 8-day timeframe, as indicated by the tracking information.
Regarding the express shipping fee, you were absolutely right. The refund has now been processed today. The delay was caused by a technical issue in our system and was not intentional, and we sincerely apologize for this oversight.

Un sito truffa cinese
Un sito truffa: tutto fa credere che si tratti di un e-commerce francese con sede a malta, purtroppo ci sono cascata e ho acquistato una borsa che doveva essere in vera pelle.
La spedizione è partita dalla Cina, e ho subito iniziato ad avere grossi dubbi... dopo 3 settimane dall'ordine ho ricevuto la borsa che non è assolutamente in vera pelle, puzza di plastica e non vale più di 1/10 di quanto l'ho pagata.
Ho deciso di richiedere il reso inviando una mail all'indirizzo indicato, ma dopo vari giorni non ho avuto alcuna risposta.
Mi sento truffata.

Desideriamo però chiarire alcuni punti importanti. L’Atelier de Malte non è un sito truffa ed è un marchio regolarmente registrato in Europa. Le informazioni relative ai materiali dei nostri prodotti sono indicate in modo trasparente sul nostro sito al momento dell’acquisto.
Per quanto riguarda la spedizione, alcuni ordini possono essere evasi da magazzini logistici internazionali, incluso al di fuori dell’Europa. Questo non influisce in alcun modo sull’autenticità del prodotto né sugli standard di qualità che ci impegniamo a rispettare.
Siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti se la borsa ricevuta non corrisponde alla sua percezione della pelle. La sensazione o l’odore iniziale possono talvolta essere legati all’imballaggio e al trasporto e tendono a scomparire dopo l’aerazione.
Per quanto riguarda il reso, ci scusiamo se non ha ricevuto risposta nei tempi desiderati. La invitiamo a contattare nuovamente il nostro servizio clienti oppure a verificare la cartella spam, così da poter riesaminare la sua richiesta e trovare una soluzione adeguata.

We would like to clarify that we do not sell counterfeit items and we have no affiliation with any luxury brand. Our designs are original, and all materials used are described transparently on our website. No product from L’Atelier de Malte is branded or sold as a luxury designer item.
Regarding the smell you mentioned, new items, especially those packaged for international transport, may occasionally have a temporary odor due to packaging. This typically dissipates quickly once the product is aired out.
