Zanna was wonderful as usual, she is always so kind and takes really good care of you. Everytime i have her she makes me laugh and we always have great convo. She really takes her time to make sure the session is done efficiently.

The second time I have been treated by Dom and she is absolutely amazing!! Super friendly, makes me feel so comfortable during the sessions and really good energy to be around! I think I have now had 7 treatments here, and highly recommend! Laser hair removal can be a bit awks but the girls here really make it so quick, effortless and easy.

Me and my friend had two appointments for different things with the consultant called Dilan. She was amazing. Very friendly and informative throught our session. Highly recommend this worker.

I booked to get my laser hair removal done on Sunday. I received a phone call just 2 hours before my appointment stating that I needed to have a consultation beforehand. I was not informed of this prior to my appointment. I do not live in solihull so have had to travel for the appointment. I thought this would be done today however this is not the case. I understand why a consultation is needed however 2 hours before my appointment is ridiculous. I would like to know how I will be compensated for this please?

The results are not what i expected from. Hair remover.

I've been coming here for over 1 year for laser hair removal, and the experience is always great. The staff is very caring, professional and attentive. The facilities are always super clean, I will keep coming back for more treatments when I need laser hair removal.

Had a lovely experience today in guildford. The manager gave me one of the best laser sessions I have had. Really made me feel comfortable, relaxed and did the job quickly and with as little pain as possible. Thank you! ☺️

It seems to be a common occurance to cancel aapointments at short notice. A one off, you can understand but this..

I recall that was the reason why i stopped using this clinic but unfortunatly my regular clinic, Elysium, shut down,so i had to book here and lo and behold, i get a call in the morning that the facial in the afternoon has been cancelled. It was deja vu! And they have no appt till end of july.

When i asked my money to be refunded, they refused to do so even though it is their end who has an issue.
They take your booking so your money gets in their pot but they do not have the staff to deliver the services so they keep postponting your appointment!

Avoid at all costs. A big scam. I forgot to mention that it was Luton Mall branch. I am expecting a repeat of this rescheduling fiasco for the next date they have provided...watch the space. Also, i have noted similiar reviews so this is a recurring problem. I do think it is their strategy to get the money in their pot.

Abhorrent customer service.

I have had a very poor and inconsistent experience with this clinic, particularly regarding treatment quality, communication, and customer service.

I have called the clinic multiple times over the past week (at least 6 occasions) regarding an ongoing issue and have not been able to reach anyone. I was told a manager would call me back, however this has not happened.

During my treatments, I have experienced a lack of consistency between technicians. Different practitioners appear to use different laser settings and techniques, and treatment areas vary each time, with some areas being missed or not aligned with my agreed plan. This has resulted in inconsistent treatment outcomes.

Currently just completed 9/10 sessions for my face and can confirm my hair is growing faster than before. When I spoke to a technician today she just said “That’s odd” and that she’d speak to a manager. I believe I should be getting more information and guidance as to why that has been happening to me. I would expect more information after I’ve spent hundreds of pounds for a service.

There has also been repeated long waiting times. Although appointments are booked, I have experienced average waiting times of around 30 minutes. On one occasion, I was left waiting in the treatment room for around 15 minutes with no practitioner present after already waiting in the waiting area.

At my most recent appointment, I was not provided with the usual consent process before treatment. The laser setting used initially was very uncomfortable and I had to ask for it to be reduced during the session.

I have also found communication and customer service to be poor when raising concerns. On one occasion when I attempted to speak to a manager in person, I felt my concerns were dismissed before I had finished explaining the issue.

I am still waiting to be contacted by management regarding these concerns.

At this stage, I am escalating this publicly due to the lack of response through normal communication channels.

Staff are always so lovely and helpful. Treatment rooms are clean and cool and the Lazer hair removal is so good and reasonably priced

Betty was very accommodating and welcoming, my laser hair removal didn't take long and she gave me a tip to use more of my laser aid aftercare product in this heat to keep the area cooler so it can heal quicker. Everyone is very friendly at it's very affordable too.

This is the worst laser hair removal experience I’ve ever had. I’ve noticed a decline in service and procedures since going to the Chelmsford branch, mind you I’ve been using Laser Clinics since the Stratford branch opened years ago. The staff turnover is insane, which I think speaks for itself. They never use a pencil or highlighter to mark the area they are treating. Often forget to apply laser aid or SPF or will hand you some on a cotton pad to apply yourself. Settings are never spoken about before hand which means results are not effective. Staff behave dismissively and seem like they would rather be elsewhere towards POC. I will now be seeking sessions at another company. Prices have increased whilst quality and knowledge decreased which is a shame. I recommend going elsewhere if you want to see results.

Excellent laser appointment with Faye at the Newcastle Clinic. Laser was comfortable and Faye was very professional and explained thoroughly about the procedure.
I dropped a star due to the shortage of staff on reception when i arrived and there being no customer toilet !! ( I had to go out of the clinic and across the street to McDonalds, not ideal)
I would use again and recommend to friends despite this.

I’ve had seven laser hair removal sessions at the Stratford branch, and my experience has been excellent. Zana is incredibly professional, thorough, and always makes sure I feel comfortable throughout each appointment. Before every treatment, she carefully checks that it is safe to proceed and takes the time to remind me of all the important aftercare instructions.

I am very happy with both the service I’ve received and the results I’ve seen so far. Zana’s attention to detail and friendly approach make every session a positive experience.
