Joe exceeded again. The apartment was empty less than a month. He kept me updated throughout the process of sourcing a new tenant and is always responsive with replying to questions. Highly recommended.

Great service

Naser, from Lamont Estates has gone above and beyond what would reasonably be expected of a letting agent. I live in Hong Kong and as a consequence it is not easy for me to communicate directly with the UK. My apartment had a short void, so as normal a council tax charge was my responsibility. I paid it in full within 24 hours of me being aware of it but I was then hit with a penalty payment. I asked Naser for help on this matter and he was fantastic....Naser emailed the council regarding the unfairness of the situation, providing evidence, the council ignored this then issued an additional charge for a delay in paying the penalty charge. Naser again contacted the council, who have now removed the charges.

Does you letting agent provide this level of personal and professional support? I would be surprised if they do.

I have been very impressed with the service provided by Lamont. David Rose has been very helpful, answering any questions I have promptly and found a new tenant within days of the previous one moving out. He has indeed gone above and beyond which is much appreciated.

Staff tried to be helpful. But there was no internet in the place, they didn't know anything about it, had no documentation for the place and left me always with lots of questions
