The quality of the dress exceeded expectations! The measurements of the custom dress were spot on and the dress fits perfectly. The delivery was a little longer than expected, but that wasn't surprising seeing as it was coming from China. As a whole the experience with LalaMira was outstanding!!

I contacted LaLaMira via email prior to placing my order and received a response within 24 business hours. The processing time stated on the website for a custom fit was accurate and I received my daughter's dress within the expected time frame. The dress is perfectly sized (thank you SO much!) and the material and quality are top notch and beautiful!

My overall experience was OK
My overall experience was OK, it was very easy to purchase the items ( girl dress, shoes, and gloves). The quality is very good, but id did have to return the dress since it did not fit properly. I had a hard time finding the procedure for return but once i found the correct email address the send a return label right away. There is a $10 fee for return/shipping.

The dress is not too bad. The print on the fabric is not as visible as the picture. I didn't receive the matching bow. And the bow attached to the dress broke

Custom size was far too small
I ordered a custom size for my daughter and it was about 2 inches too small around her waist and chest. The dress is beautiful and I wanted to make it work somehow. I had 2 seamstresses evaluate for possible alteration options. I also had them take my daughter measurements. They both agreed the dress was NOT made to the measurements I ordered, and the dress cannot reasonably be altered to fit her. I am very disappointment. Working with customer service, they said the custom size is not returnable. They agreed to a 30% refund, however it still does not resolve the issue for us as we have no way to make use of the dress.

Shipping takes longer than states
Ordered 12/13 and still don’t have my item. It ships from out of the country. It passed through customs almost a week ago and hasn’t moved since. It keeps saying that it’s moving to destination yet the postal service still doesn’t have it. I need this item in 4 days for a wedding and I’m not confident it will be here.
