Do not buy from this company. I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for a product with zero shipping updates. They are either a scam or completely incompetent. Even with bad weather their delays make no sense. Either the product does not actually exist or they don’t know how to ship it.

They deserve NO stars! But you have to at least choose one star to submit a review. I ordered on 11/2, a Thanksgiving loteria game, and here we are 12/11, still no product. But they sure as hell took my money!!

When I emailed customer support requesting a refund I was told they won’t refund and asked me to continue to wait.

SCAM!! DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! SCAM!!!

Horrible, will not refund and never got product.

Shipping took about two weeks but arrived safely packaged. Product quality seems decent enough, functions as expected without major flaws. Overall satisfied with this practical find, especially considering the affordable price point—I would likely purchase again if needed.

I would give it zero stars 2 months of shipping and all they say it takes a while to be shipped. don't buy from this place worst experience i have ever had.

This shop has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I live in the US where most customer service is bots.

I ordered something, an advent calendar, in October. By January 3rd they finally shipped it, but shipped it to the wrong address in the complete wrong state, claimed that I got it when I argued with them, and then successfully blocked my dispute with PayPal when I tried to get a refund because they keep claiming it was “delivered”. It was not delivered to me, and also took 3 months.

This shop is a scam. I ordered the "Heroes of Barcadia" complete game with an expansion. All they sent was the expansion, which is not even the actual game. It is a knockoff version of terrible quality. I'm now out $50. It took well over a month to receive it. Stay away from this shop!

Ordered a complete game, which is the only version on the site, and received an expansion. Upon contacting them they claimed that it was the product I had purchased but they don't even sell the expansion on the site. Absolute charlatans, DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!!!

I purchased an advent calendar to be a gift for 2024 Christmas. I purchased it end of October/beginning of November. Plenty of time for this to be shipped, right? Nope.
It didn't arrive till the end of January 2025. I thought it was lost in the mail.
Having not received the gift, I asked for a refund. I was refused a refund. Every time I emailed explaining the situation, the only response I got was "Your package is in transit." No apology, no effort to make the situation right. They claimed it was the shippers fault, not theirs. No refund.
So thank goodness it arrived, right?
....

There were 24 books. They cannot be hung as ornaments. The books are totally different than what was pictured.
Add to this: Each book is filled with text, but it's not the text of the different book titles.
ITS THE BIBLE. IN EVERY SINGLE BOOK.
This was the worst gift I've ever purchased.
Do not buy from this vendor.
They are crooks.
If zero stars was an option, I'd choose it.

I ordered two Advent calendars in November. They arrived the second week of January. The quality looks okay, not great. I will save them for next year, but the delay was ridiculous.

Was overcharged on the credit card and never received the order. Email replies from the company sound suspicious- automated replies that come too fast.

I ordered Lagonshop's "Blind Date with a Book" on November 24, enticed by their ads showcasing beautifully wrapped books with bookmarks, stickers, and tabs, tailored to the genre of your choice. I selected "Spicy Romance" and was excited to receive a thoughtfully curated book, promised to arrive in time for Christmas.

Not only did the package arrive on January 5—well past Christmas—but it was a complete scam. Instead of a real book, I received a cheap, printed phablet containing only the first two chapters of *The Last Song* by Nicholas Sparks—a title that isn’t even in the right genre. The rest of the package was just low-quality printed stickers, yarn, and colored tabs.

The tracking site was useless, providing no insight into where my package was or when it would arrive. To make matters worse, I emailed their support team to demand a refund but honestly have little hope of hearing back. I recently checked their site, and the "Blind Date with a Book" product no longer exists—likely because they know it's a scam.

Lagonshop’s marketing is completely misleading, their product is subpar, and their customer service is unreliable. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs. If by some miracle I get a resolution, I will update this review, but I’m not holding my breath.

This would get zero stars if possible. I purchased a themed advent calendar and what I received was junk. Some of the items were missing entirely and what I did receive was a a couple sets of duplicates which weren't correct or what was advertised. Turns out it was a knockoff of another company's legitimate product, and a very poor one. I attempted to reach out for a refund and was offered $4. I paid over $50.
They are willing to give a higher refund only if I pay to ship the garbage back to china which is way more expensive.

I ordered from this site months ago, and my package has still not arrived. While customer service provided an updated timeline, I have repeatedly informed them that the item is no longer needed and requested a refund. Unfortunately, they have refused to issue one, stating that the package has already been shipped. Im the few times I have, no other company I have encountered this issue with has ever refused a refund due to shipping. I too used to work in retail and know refunds can be made even when a shipment is in progress. Especially when it’s 2 months late.

Despite their promises to follow up with the shipping company, no real resolution has been offered. Additionally, I asked for their company’s physical address to file a formal complaint, but they have not provided this information, which is frustrating and raises questions about their transparency. I should not have to ask for this information multiple times. Under consumer protection laws I am entitled to that information and am still expecting this so I may send my complaint. When I initially asked for a refund FOUR times via email before they finally acknowledged it.

If you’re considering purchasing from this site, be aware that their refund policy and customer service is horrible. This is very sketchy. I just want my $55 back. I am disgusted by this. Give me my money back! It’s been 2 months.

Ordered from them in early December. Received updates up until December 17th. Tracking on package is vague and no estimated delivery dates were ever given. Now all correspondence has ceased and they have not replied to any of my five emails I have sent requesting information about my order. Deplorable company! I will never order from them again and intend on pressing charges for fraud

Buyer BE Ware!! Do not purchase if you!! I bought the Velaris Avent calendar off this site and it's a total scam. I got the sale price of $40 and bought two. One for a gift for a friend. Shipping took along time which would have been fine it the product was legitimate. It is not. It's a total cheap replication of the original product from another company and it's a scam. The products are dollar store quality with no actual connection to the books series except for 3 products of the 12. The boxes are pretty but they are labeled with the wrong numbers even two having 4 on them. Absolutely an awful disappointment. Hoping I will get my refund.

I ordered a Velaris Advent Calendar after seeing an ad on FB. It was meant to be a gift for a friend who is obsessed with the books.

I ordered with a month's lead way to December and it still arrived late!
On opening the box, all the houses were open meaning no surprise factor at all - thankful it was open though, as it allowed me to see how poor the gifts were! Cheap kid xmas socks, a plastic xmas bauble, and none of the gifts that were displayed in the advertisement (or if an alternative provided it had nothing to do with the books).

Besides the gifts being useless/crap, there was also x3 missing. The numbers on the gifts were in no numerical order and the whole product was a huge disappointment for the $60 spent! I won't be giving it to my friend as it's just embarrassing.

I reached out to the company to explain my disappointment and request at least a partial refund. They have declined this, stating nothing is wrong with what I received and that they will send me the missing items - a useless solution when it will take over a month to arrive meaning it is no longer a part of an "advent calendar" fun.

Do not recommend at all.

I ordered a Velaris Advent Calendar from the Lagonshop website, and what I received what absolute crap. Both in quality and value. 1 of the 12 items somewhat had to do with the ACOTAR series. All of the others were like they were from the bottom of a free grab bag somewhere. Do not recommend. I was scammed out of $50.
