Needed an urgent next-day dr consultation while on holiday in Copenhagen. The process of booking was easy and there were lots of slots available. The dr I saw (Paula Ferri) was thorough and swiftly got me on an effective treatment plan; so thankful for this!

The only complaint I have is that you could hear everything from the dr office so not great for privacy (didn't matter for my issue as it wasn't a private matter, but something to bear in mind and think about improving).

My doctor was young but professional.
We had to discuss several sensitive topics --- and i thought the doctor addressed them very well.

Very easy booking system, was able to get a same day appointment.

Doctor was super professional and efficient. Would highly recommend the service to both tourists visiting but also Danish residents tired of waiting time with either their GP or 1813. Price was fair for the service provided.

Dr Emmanuel was extremely kind, listen to everything I had to say and proceeded to present me with all my options. He was also kind enough to refer me to a secondary doctor (dermatology), which helped my problem a lot, and my GP failed to do.

Being a foreigner/tourist in Denmark, I was pretty nervous to navigate the healthcare system for a routine but potentially urgent issue (UTI symptoms). Lægerne Danmark made it very easy to get an appointment the same afternoon. After all was said and done, it was about $156 USD, which for private healthcare could certainly be worse (especially coming from USA lol). I was able to get my symptoms investigated quickly and the provider was knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. I would use this service again should I need urgent care in Denmark as a tourist.

A Doctor who listens.

Public GPs are 10 min wonders. They don't listen, never have all the facts, and treat the snapshot but never the movie. They simply don't have the time. I find public Danish Doctors good people who are working in a terrible system.

Doctors in Denmark solves this problem. Take as much time as you need. They treat the movie not just the snapshot.

Provider was flexible. Prompted me if I'd like to order more prescriptions because it was easy for them to do, rather than just order my most important ones while I was visiting the country. She had excellent suggestions to help me find my dosages creatively, because I could not remember them. It was a helpful experience throughout. Very Copenhagen.

I was able to book an appointment within an hour through their online booking system. The flexibility to choose the nearest location was a huge plus. The consultation started exactly on time, and the doctor was very thorough, asking about my symptoms from various angles and performing a physical examination.

Although I wasn't given a formal paper prescription, the doctor provided specific instructions on which medications to take, including the exact dosage and intervals. Following that advice, my symptoms improved within just a day.

I received a medical journal containing the details of my visit via email, and being able to communicate further by sending feedback about my recovery the next day really gave me peace of mind. While the cost is on the higher side, you can get reimbursed if you have travel insurance. Highly recommended for travelers!

Doctors in Denmark was a relatively easy process to set up a video consultation for a sinus infection while visiting Copenhagen. Made an appointment online, paid, and did the consultation. Overall a relatively painless process and the convenience of picking up a prescription at any pharmacy was nice!
