Same story.
I've ordered on June 1st. Still waiting for the goods to be delivered. I feel stupid.
And guess what, just after posting this I received the goods. Agreed that the material is not the same as shown on the website. And there is no label in the cloths with information on fabric, washing guidelines, etc. So basically poor goods.

Shame there is no zero star option! This site is a total rip off, a waste of money. You think you are buying a nice looking product for cheap, when you receive the product is is so bad that you can’t even give it away For free, imagine the worse looking fancy dress ever, that’s what you get, 100% polyester when you are buying ‘cotton and linen’. I have wasted £58 for 2 items and I am so angry. Their customer service is a joke. All they tell you is to send back the products in China or give you a 5% discount. Cost of shipping is too high and last time I sent back a product in China I paid £20 and never got my money back... Just have to forget about this and never ordering again from an Insta ad unless I know the website/brand, arrrrrhhhh!!!!

I am so sad that I spent my money here :( It being advertised on Instagram I decided to give it a go but my order never arrived and it is impossible to reach any one to ask for a refund :(

Be aware. Item delivered is not as shown as online photos nor correct sizing. I tried contacting their customer service - although responsive, they didn’t offer to correct their error without me having to pay to have the item shipped back to China. (costs more than the item itself). At this point, I’m calling it a loss and a hard lesson learned!

Total scam! My order took 2 months to arrive, the items were sent in the wrong colour, wrong size (XXL instead of S) and the quality is very poor (nothing to do with what was displayed on their site). I sent a complain and they offered $9 in cash for a $65 order. I am so crossed...

ATTENTION Fraude L'item reçu n'est pas celui commandé. Oublions le remboursement, il faut payer les frais de douanes , ceci revient prix de l'article de pitoyable que j'ai reçu. Rien à voir avec les photos sur leur site.

"Can I give this product a zero? First off, this place is a scam. Not only is this picture TOTALLY not the garment they are selling, it's not the same fabric as described, says denim and its a poly rayon... but also, there's no back pockets and the thing is literally falling apart. DO NOT BUY from this site period!!! I sent all this info to them and they said they wouldn't refund unless I wanted to pay to send back and I'd get a credit. I don't want a credit as this place is a joke."
I tried to write this as a review on their site and it wouldn't let, surprise.

it is almost sure this website is a scam
I felt confident paying through paypal but it didnt help either.
they pretend to be located in the UK but they are not
the customer service advertised is not even in service
i placed a $327 order and 2 months later nothing arrived
when i asked for a tracking number they provided a non existing usps tracking number.
i just charged back them
Its a disgrace they are allowed to advertise on instagram and facebook!

Not even close to the picture. Also wrong color. Shrunk majorly washing in cold water and hang drying.
Do not buy.

I’m pretty sure the item in the picture isn’t even the same thing I got in the mail. It took three months to arrive and is made horribly. Stay away for all things this site.

It’s been two months since I ordered and still have not received my order. Tracking info sent is sketchy, item has been in the same location for weeks.

Sooooo soooo bad it makes me so angry. They steal European (small) designers and artists their images and hard work and then sell it as if it is their own.
They make cheap rip off from very bad material which break when you look at it. They are scammers like all those other mystery business address companies on facebook. Dont fall for the trap.

I'm almost positive that this is a scam. If you look closely at their website it is pretty amateur and there are weird grammar mistakes. Avoid this sh!t
