Bought something off there live they waited it out until it was the refunded. And then bought pre orders as well they cancelled everyone’s order and my refund still hasn’t gone through tried contacting they just won’t respond I would avoid having to go through bank just to get a refund.

I pre ordered a Pokemon ETB, booster bundle And booster box with them and paid via bank transfer, they never sent the ETB and I only received a bundle and booster box, I messaged them when it arrived on Facebook, they read the message and ignored it, my further messages were not read, I wanted to leave this review to hopefully save others being scammed in future, waiting to get a refund for the missing item through my bank.

One of the worst of the worst scalper companies hijacking the pokemon hobby.

Literally sold me a fake card and when I documented that with evidence I got told to f*** off by the bald owner. Swore quite literally in front of kids.

Checked online and saw he abuses and berates others right on their public Facebook page.

Disgusting business, scalping pokemon and ruining the hobby for others. Bank chargeback submitted

Visited the store a couple weeks ago and was talking to my friend about the price of the items which was very high. Suddenly a bald headed guy came over and told us to get the f*** out the shop IN FRONT OF KIDS.
For the sake of the children looking over we did leave without hassle.

Looking up this company on facebook and it is clear as day that this is a place to avoid. The way this shop and its owner talks to people publicly is absolutely shocking. Disgusting behaviour from a "business owner". To the point i felt like i had to create a trustpilot account just to make my experience known.

Safe to say ill be avoiding this place like the plague.

I went into the store recently with my two nephews and my brother in law. We’re all Magic players and collectors, but the nephews love Pokémon and that’s why we went to this store as we were passing through. Myself and my brother in law have been Magic players and collectors since we were teens. We visit local gaming stores and see what they are about and want to support them.

While we were privately talking about the cost of some of the Pokemon packs, where we all agreed a lot of the prices were scalper rated. A bald headed guy came up behind us mid conversation and swear at us and aggressively told us to leave. We weren’t being loud or complaining. Just a quiet conversation. Their words;

“If you don’t like the price mate, you can all f___off”

This really upset my younger nephew. Neither of them are use to such anger and aggression. We went to another store who were much friendlier. Honestly, i don’t know if that guy was the owner or a member of staff, but someone needs to have a conversation with them. Completely unacceptable.

I feel torn about leaving this review. Never in my life have I ever come across this from a local game store. If my nephews wasn’t there, I’d have let this go. However this individual was nasty and wanted a confrontation. There’s obviously something going on behind the scenes, but still appalling behaviour.
