I recently ordered a sleep sack from the site during the mystery event. They sent an obviously used sleep sack that had been returned. When I reached out to the company I only received an AI reply with no help. This is unsafe and no sanitary for baby clothes and sleep items. Very disappointed.
Deceiving!!
Deceiving!!! And terrible customer service.
I paid extra for ‘free returns’ option but when I wanted to return my parcel I was told I have to pay for my own return.

Just make sure you don’t buy full price
Good products but takes over two weeks to be delivered from DFW. Do not make the same mistake and buy full price. Make sure you wait for their sales. Only then is it worth it.
Good products but DO NOT BUY AT FULL PRICE.
Also size up if you’re international as it takes a lot of time to be delivered and babies grow so so fast.
Back-and-forth with Customer Service over $15
I’ve been a loyal customer, spending well over $1000 with this company in the past 8 months, but after how my recent issue was handled, I’m seriously reconsidering continuing to shop here.
I purchased an item during their warehouse sale that they state all items are “as-is” or with possible imperfections, which I understand. But what I received was clearly used—worn to the point that it never should have been resold.
During the warehouse sale, you have 10 minutes to review all your items - I purchased over 20 items totaling over $500 that day and took the entire time I was given to sort through over 40+ items. As you can imagine, I could not possibly review each item in complete detail for flaws.
I contacted support requesting a refund, especially since it was a gift and in such poor condition - I even sent a picture of the item. Instead of acknowledging the condition and doing the right thing, they quoted policy and offered only a partial refund—$7.50 on a $15 item.
Even after I explained how much I’ve supported their business, and how unacceptable the item was, they refused to escalate the matter or issue a full refund. The back-and-forth felt dis-missive and unhelpful.
At this point, it's not about the money. It’s disappointing that a company I’ve supported so heavily wouldn’t make a small goodwill exception to retain a loyal customer. I enjoy their products and really just expected better.

I had a great experience with Kyte's customer service! I made a mistake with my order and their team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find a company that handles customer issues with such kindness. They made it easy to fix my error without any hassle, and I truly appreciated how patient and understanding they were. Kyte is a company that genuinely cares and it shows!

The best quality pajamas and bedding for the whole family! We all sleep so much better in our Kyte. I always get my orders quickly and have never had an issue with the quality of my items/package. Made me pay for shipping twice
I had placed an order a few weeks ago and my order never shipped. They offered to give me store credit as the item I picked out was no longer in stock. They refunded me store credit though I still had to pay for shipping again even though they messed up and would never respond to my email about it.

Refuse to cancel order seconds after placed
Put something in my cart during a sale to see how much shipping was and it took me to the shop app. I opened my internet hours later to a loading screen & it placed an order without me clicking anything. Emailed Kyte immediately, like not even 5 minutes later to request a cancellation for the order I never actually placed & they refused. They admitted it hasn’t been fulfilled or started but still refuse to cancel it. Will never shop there again. There are so many other bamboo companies with better customer service I’d recommend over Kyte. I plan to fight it with my credit card company but this could all be avoided if they’d simply cancel the order and have some basic customer service. Clearly a customer emailing seconds after placing an order had an error happen. It wasn’t days or weeks or after I received the item.

I don’t know if I was tricked, but I placed an order over a month ago. The order never arrived, I looked at the email to try to track the package and it won’t even track that. I then go the store link provided, and it is now a completely different store with a men’s clothing line! 🤷🏼♀️ I guess that’s what I get for ordering off insta through a person getting paid to promote it.

NEVER AGAIN !
Placed an order from the IS to the UK . Kyte baby are meant to pay the duty but it has not been paid . I reached out to them on email 4 days ago and no reply and messaged them on instagram and they just said you need to wait for the email ….. totoally unhelpful .
So I can’t collect my much needed order and it’s at risk of being sent back .
KYTE BABY SORT THIS OUT !! SOMETHING SO SIMPLE SHOUJD NOT BE THIS FRUSTRATING AND COMPLICATED

Prices have skyrocketed ridiculously
I am really dissapointed in how much the prices have gone up. Just 2 years ago i bought adult blankets for $135 snd and now they are up to $190?! Who can afford these prices?! I love this brand but sadly cannot continue purchasing from here.

If you cannot operate with basic human decency, I hope you simply become an sad example to other companies that this abuse will not be tolerated by the consumer. DO BETTER.

Dissapointed
I was a huge fan of Kyte baby but after finding out how they treated their employee with a baby in NICU I'm seriously disappointed! For a brand that's all about families, you'd expect them to do better- no actually you'd expect them to set the gold standard. Sadly I won't be buying anymore from them :(
