I am a 66 year old, post menopausal woman, with a body that used to ache. My hip joints were especially sore, to the point of waking me in the night. The 3am rude awakening became routine, tossing and turning, unable to find a comfortable position, making me more and more exhausted. I have been taking Kurk now for almost three months. By the end of the 1st month, while still aching, my hips were no longer waking me during the night. Huge! After 3 months, the pain has reduced to background noise. I can't wait to see what the next three months will bring 🥰

Great tasting flavours
Great tasting flavours, especially the orange and lemon ones. Very easy to add to existing routine and is definitely making a positive difference to my pain levels.

When I hated the vanilla flavouring, Kurk gave me the option to try another flavour free of charge and lemon suited me better. I haven’t looked back

Loving the results so far
I researched Kurk for a few months before I purchased. I am on other supplements which work well. However, I felt I needed something to help with the inflammation in my body. I’m on MEDS for post cancer so my body always felt a little off since taking KURK for a month. I have noticed a huge increase in my energy levels. I also feel that my body has lost that feeling that I felt was like the inflammation. I can only say that it was worth giving it a try. I have just re-ordered and will continue to see how I go.
It’s quick and easy to take, which I love. Happy with the product.💕💕💕

Amazing supplement for well being and mobility
I needed to know if I could decant a small amount for a 10 day holiday as I cannot be without this supplement as it has helped me so much with keeping mobile and pain free . And yes I can so it will come with me on my holiday. Just use a dark plastic bottle and keep in the dark and cool .

Really does seem to help!
I've been taking Kurk for about a year to help with the inflammation from my arthritis. It's definitely worse if I forget to take it for a couple of days (something I make sure I don't do any more). The vanilla Kurk is delicious, and I have taken to stirring it into full fat Greek yoghurt with a little honey. It's expensive but it's not snake oil, it works. Recommended.

A Game Changer for Sleep and Energy
I really enjoyed incorporating the liquid curcumin into my daily routine - it was easy to take and tasted great, which made it something I actually looked forward to. What stood out most for me was the noticeable improvement in my sleep quality, as well as more sustained energy throughout the day without any crashes.
I also loved the electrolyte tablets, they were super convenient and refreshing, and I found them especially helpful for staying hydrated and energised during busy days especially for the gym. Overall, both products fit seamlessly into my routine and made a genuine difference!!

Psoriatic Arthritis relief
I take Kurk because I have Psoriatic Arthritis, which caused severe pain in both wrists and elbows. Rather annoying as I'm an accompanist for a local choir. Playing the piano was becoming difficult at times. I used to take a medication provided by my GP ( sulfasalazine) ....horrible stuff, but came off it to try Kurk. I no longer have any pain in my wrists or elbows and my joints are pain free. I take 1.5ml -2ml each morning. Thank you Kurk for your help. 😊

Major spinal surgery ie spinal…
Major spinal surgery ie spinal decompression and microdiscectomy. Been using Kurk now for some 6 months and it’s greatly helped me reduce by day time meds. And helped with my sleep. Because of the inflammation pre Kurk I could feel every vertebrae in my spine. Kurk has greatly reduced this feeling, thank you.
