Krypton Energy recently installed a large battery & solar panels at my newly built residence. In all my dealings with Krypton, from the initial assessment & sale & ultimately the installation, I found them to be professional, efficient & competent. The system was installed & running with very little wait time & their price was very competitive. I am delighted with the result & would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install a battery system. Azka, in particular, was masterful with his calm communication style & ability to simplify battery & electrical complexities to a lay person.

UNTRUSTWORTHY....Horrible communication, completely unreliable and excuse after excuse until you just give up and go to a reputable solar company. My guess is that many of the 5 star reviews are fake/bots lol...

Great interactions with Azka. Lots of companies are attentive during the quoting and exploration process, but Azka has a focus on what you want rather just getting a signature. After an initial flurry of quotes that never seemed quite right, I did my own research and found only 2 batteries could do my job. I chose Sigenergy as first and Tesla as second. Krypton had not installed Sigenergy but he said I think I can make it happen and he did.
The experience was less fuss than others, lower cost than any others, more responsive than any others.
I even had one installer tell me I was stupid doing my own research even though I was the computer technology expert in one of the largest companies in Australia.
I am very happy I went with Krypton.

The whole installation took longer than expected because of rain on several days

But when the team got started, the work went well. The people (designers and installers) were thoughtful and pleasant to deal with

Azka was the only one who ensured he obtained a cyclic 30 minute reading of our electricity usage. I knew I needed a larger capacity system but he was able to rationalize it. This is in stark contrast to “cheap” quotes I received from other suppliers quoting even as low as 6kW system. My usage warranted at least a 14kW installation. I even wanted a battery, but Azka recommended against it, with perfect reasoning about costs versus returns given the technology of today and its associated life expectancy. Thankfully. I certainly recommend the guidance provided and professionalism. Keep it up Azka!

We had a very good experience with Krypton. Their explanations were clear and correct. The estimates of how much power we would generate have been quite accurate. There were some unexpected installation difficulties to do with our 70 year old house and these were managed quickly and at no cost to us. We've just received our first few dollars back as a feed in as well as significantly lower bills (we can see our bills on a day to day basis). We are glad we went through Krypton to get our solar system installed.

Within an hour Azka has guided me through the intricate windings of applying for the government subsidy for a solar installation in addition to the governments supplied energy efficient hot water service. Within three weeks installation of both systems were complete and to my complete satisfaction. Azka personally supervised both installations to final inspection acceptance. I got a 16kW Solar system (about 40 panels of 400w each) with a 10.1kWh battery from Krypton. I had a very good experience dealing with them and faced no issues throughout the installation process. They were thorough and focused on the minutest of details regarding my install. I have just got my first bill after solar and I have got a very pleasant surprise. The new bill is almost 78% lesser and over 10% lesser than the initial amount projected by Krypton. If you need real advise, contact them - they are honest, knowledgeable and passionate.
