Video upload keeps failing. Why isn't the site designed to at least transfer the files to you, and then you notify me of the issue "for next time". It gives me no reason code, nothing to trouble shoot, and the instructions (including the video are very vague). There are several types of MP4. Which audio codec? Which video format?

OR, if I had a service who's primary function is dealing with game film, I think I would have an integrated converter (VLC is free!) that will swizzle whatever bits your system needs to have after films in *any* format are uploaded.

I love the program and I highly recommend it to everyone!
Then only thing I would recommend is to have an option to save your team's roster. It is time consuming to type your roster each time we are uploading the video. Our roster had no option of being saved in the system. Other than that, this is an amazing coaching tool. Great work!!!

For those hoping to send recruiting video to college coaches, it was very frustrating to learn that you cannot highlight or "mark" a player in a video clip. In other words, the coaches have to try to figure out which one of the 22 players they are supposed to be watching. They quickly move on to the next film as they don't have time for that. Krossover lags WAY behind Hudl in this regard.

First time user had difficulties early on(on our part) Krossover's staff couldn't have been more helpful!

Krossover took a tremendous weight off my shoulders as coach. As a teacher, you dont always have time to do stats along with with being a teacher,husband,dad,etc. I look forward to using Krossover in the future.

I have used Krossover for 4 basketball season now and really enjoy the breakdown and the data they provide.

It has endless possibilities. Stats are pretty accurate and the breakdown of the film is awesome.

OK, well it's been many months since basketball season, so it's hard to remember too much about the system.

One very obviously needed functionality is to have a way to not have to input the opposing team's roster if you have already played them that season.

A second functionality change is to be able to designate that a player did not play in a game even after the stats have been run. We need to be able to simply load our team at the beginning of the year. Then, after each game the video person needs to be able to just load the video and let Krossover team do their work. Then at ANY POINT IN TIME, we need to be able to just indicate that certain players on the roster did not actually play in that game and the stats need to be able to adjust for that fact.

Thirdly, let us load all of the opposing teams' rosters at the beginning of the season (or anytime during the season) ... and then be given the choice to "select" the opposing team.

At the high school level there will be new people responsible for each area of the team's Krossover platform almost every year. The learning curve right now is too steep. Lot of the unnecessary input data requirement steps simply should be able to be programmed around so that new user's don't have to be concerned about learning all of the nuances of the system.

Krossover is easy and simple use. The service and support is second to none. Our players benefited from it as they were able to watch broken-down film easily on any device, without having to have a private film session.

I have used Krossover for several years and when I changed schools, one of the conditions of my joining the new school was that they get Krossover. I can't imagine ever coaching without it. It's the best tool I've come across in years and has saved me countless hours in film breakdown.

Product was excellent

Worked well for us the past two seasons. We have increased our winnings each season with us winning the conference championship this past year for the first time with the help of Krossover. Or game film breakdown was always returned faster then promised.

Overall we had an excellent experience with krossover. The system is very easy to upload games and to navigate through. The mobile app was a nice addition this year as well. We had one issue, and it was ultimately resolved, although it could have been resolved much, much quicker had the customer service rep been better able to understand English and allow me to speak directly to the tech person right away instead of trying to relay information for nearly a hour before just allowing me to speak to the tech. Other than that, and a few coding errors, we were very pleased with our experience with krossover.

Krossover saved me a ton of time breaking down film this past season. We finished 30-5 & lost in OT in the Final 4 of the NJCAA tournament and KROSSOVER really helped me hold our players accountable.
