They wont return your money!!
I have been scammed which I reported to Kroo. I was advised to send evidence and an investigation would take place and be dealt with in 5 days. I have sent everything required and now they're telling me it will take 7 weeks to investigate. I raised a complaint due to the misinformation I was given and the fact they're not wishing to return my money and the complaints department didn't care on the matter, didn't apologise and told me 7 weeks also.
I have had to take the matter to the financial ombudsman as the lack of response from anyone at Kroo is shocking!!
Avoid this so called 'bank' at all costs, it is not worth the hassle or stress!
*Amending because Kroo's reply comment is of false information and I have clear evidence they told me 5 days and provided misinformation from the beginning and also since reviewing on trustpilot I finally got an answer 😂
Although I have a police crime reference number and the police have confirmed it is a scam and criminal offence Kroo have decided it isnt and wont return my money*
AVOID THIS SCAMMING BANK AT ALL COSTS!!

Got scammed with a online purchase and…
Got scammed with a online purchase and reported it to Kroo with all the evidence I had including evidence I found out later about the company using a address id contacted only to be told I was the 25th person that day to contact them and that the address had nothing to do with the company i purchased from, after a week or so Kroo contacted me to say the item had been delivered and had proof of delivery this was a absolute lie and when I asked for the evidence they said the couldn’t show me… needless to say I moved out all my money… the scammers won this time don’t let it happen to you.

Frozen the account with no explanations , ignores all questions that have been asked in the communication avoid at all cost.
There generic respond it's legal duty, and will be in touch with a. Update there has been zero update except it's a legal duty to freeze my account ?

Bad experience
Bad experience, I took a loan, make a transaction and it was put under review. After providing every evidence it was rejected and they add interest on the loan. Customer service is zero. Finially able to return the loan and close the acct. Stay away from this bank

I had an unauthorised transaction taken…
I had an unauthorised transaction taken from my account. Kroo were hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. The issue dragged on and on. Constantly being told by customer services that it would need to be escalated to another department. Nobody ever got back to me even when a complaint was filed.
Truly awful customer service. Account now closed and will never use them again.

Wouldn't let me move my own money to a well trusted exchange that I've used for years with other providers. THEN they got my review removed!! A 100% true review, they got removed, so they're not even ethically engaging.

For the ease of application
For the ease of application, for the speed it took to expedite funds, and for the low apr they are good,
But after a couple of transactions they froze the account. This was on the day the account got opened, I turned down a different offer from a more established company based on the apr from Kroo, I kind of wish I hadn’t now. I get they need to check things that flag as curious but transfers were only going to my main current account.
If issue is resolved quickly I’d recommend to anyone and would score higher but it’s already been 4 days up to now.

App is getting worse i thought it would improve over time but it hasnt its slow to upload compared to other banks and it used to show a transaction map but doesn't show it now and i have updated the app

They offer a simple online bank
They offer a simple online bank where the current account pays reasonable interest tied to the bank rate. Crucially there isn't a bo us that only lasts a year. In addition the card came very quickly.

Why are such banks allowd to operate in the UK. We are being robbed in broad day light. Ombadman say 28days but they hold your money 28month with no remification.
