A stone broke my tooth.....
A stone in their Cheese Footballs broke one of my teeth requiring an emergency filling right before Christmas. I filled in their online form and they asked me to post the stone to them which I did immediately. Since then, nothing!! This despite me sending regular requests for an update and sending them a magnified photo of the stone. I'll never buy KP again if this is how they treat their customers.

Got a multi pack of Discos absolutely rotten what have u done to them. Lack of taste & the packet has about 10 rotten chips init....very poor will not be buying ever again 😢
Non-existent customer services
I had an issue with some soft hula hoops, so used their online form. No response other than a survey a few weeks later asking for my feedback on their response ! Tried again, again no response (other than the initial acknowledgement). I've just tried to call them and having told me I was in a queue, I was cut off.
Their standard response on X is to ask you to submit the online form - which they then don't respond to !
As per other feedback, little point in complaining....

Been eating Roysters crisps forever.
I got some today's and not only are they selling the illusion of less packaging which means in reality we've given you less than half the amount you used to get so now we'll downsize the packets and say 'Look we're saving the planet '
But the flavour has changed it's awful more sweet than savory and the flavouring is lighter not the dark brown you usual get.
So sadly another thing I'm ticking off my list.
I should thank these companies really with the low quality ingredients half portion sizes for double the money because I've stopped eating this junk now and look to farmers to eat correctly.
I stopped buying from chain supermarket too last week for good for the same reasons.
People need to wake up and stop putting up with this nonsense.
Do not ever bother to complain to KP Snacks
Following on from my previous review I would say that if you have a problem with a KP Snacks product do not bother to complain, they will take no action. I purchased a food product from them and all the internal packs were not sealed, I have now complained 3 times without any action, with the third complaint they haven't even acknowledged receipt of the complaint. I didn't think I would ever give up, but on this occasion with no possibility of KP Snacks ever answering a complaint, I give up. I strongly suggest that KP Snacks closes down their complaints website, it just wastes customers time.
Whole load of hula still outta pocket
I purchased a multi pack 2 packs weren't sealed factory fault crumbled didn't seal I emailed they said sorry and would send something 2 months nothing so I contacted again only cause they said to keep an eye on the mail.the7 sent vouchers £4.00 I was happy,until I tried to use them only able to use a pound other £3 had been used before the till girl said re contacted told to send back and they would issue more they never arrived. So customer service is terrible as I was able to buy more crisps but they had my money 3 times the day I purchased the day I used the vouchers and when I returned the vouchers all for stale faulty crisp. Go back to the day's when you sent a few packets to say sorry people like me love your products just not when I can't eat them.
Zero effort support
I contacted customer support on a web form asking about the recyclability of their older packaging. They emailed me (from a no-reply email address) a canned response containing loads of information I didn't ask for and not actually answering my question.
Terrible Customer Service
Bought some defective crisps from Tesco for a lunch deal...The Beef flavour hula hoops were stale and and deformed, almost looked like a dog chew of some description...Made a complaint direct to KP snacks and they did not care...Terrible customer service and not even an apology. Feel Violated.
Choc dips
Bought 2 x 3 packs of choc dips. Never again. The chocolate is like water and the sticks look anemic. Yuk

My disco crisps that i brought from Tescos were absolutely vile. I couldnt even finish the pack. This is because they were awfully seasoned. They are usually packed with flavour. but my salt and vinagar crips were awful!!!!

This is for your roysters t-bone steak snacks I have done a study and asked 100 people to eat as many or as little as thay like from a 6 multipack each pack contains 21 grams and 98 out of the 100 ate all 6 pack so I think to save packing and printing the minimum single bag should contain 126 grams of product saving 5 bags and one outer bag no need to reduce the price just save on the packaging and give people exactly what thay want a big bag of roysters thanks for taking this on board kp snacks

KP bought Brannigans crisps then discontinued them. If you don't want it, don't buy it. Brannigan crisps were the best on the market. Will never buy anything from KP brand again.

I’m sorry but this is not what I expected, skips savoury snack as always been a favourite of mine, I’m well over the half way stage of life, and always skips was a snack I loved. But… what do you get in a packet ? Oh dear you let yourselves down, this isn’t really a complaint, I get it you have to make money, but ! Please give value for money, I’m sorry but what you are supplying for the money, either one packet, or a multi packet it’s just not good value for money, or marketing. Sad really.
