I ordered 2 KoreHealth 2.0 watches to replace the original ones we had. The shipment was sent by USPS which proceeded to lose my watches so that I never received them. The support team and KoreHealth determined the order was lost and offered to sent a replacement order at no cost. The individual that I was communicating with was very professional, tiimely and knowledgeable. Other than having to wait months for my watches, USPS's fault, not KoreHealth, my experience with KoreHealth, its staff and its products has been outstanding. I am trusting that my new watches will be even better than the original ones I now have.

I ordered 2 watches on Jan 15. My credit card was charged immediately. I have received no watches to date, and have received no word from the company.

Kore 2.0 Watch Purchased as a present for me on 11 December 2021. Now two months on and during a firmware update the screen on the watch froze along with the app showing 36%. Having unpaired the watch, it will not pair , not charge and screen on watch remains blank. I have sent two contact forms asking for support but no response. I have no faith in this product or company. Avoid at all costs!

Having corresponded via email with a number of Customer Support persons such as Monique, Keeshia, Gaia and others I am no further forward. Still being unable to access the device, I was asked to carry out a reset. There seems to be an inability to understand that the device does not work. Too many people dealing with my problem to have an effective resolve. Wish I had read the reviews before purchase was made.
Update:
After many emails sent to the so called Customer Care team with some really nonsensical responses, they still fail to recognise that my device is defective and unable to gain access to perform a reset.
I have asked for a refund twice with the generic response of confirming the order date and hope I am enjoying the purchase. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they do not care about the customer!

My recent ordered had to be cancelled due to shipping times. The issue was at my end. I received immediate attention and options to try and fulfil my order, unfortunately I had to still go ahead and cancel my order. My refund was sent to me within 48 hours. Very professional and customer orientated company.

Real problems with this site over 1 month ago I ordered and paid for one of their fitness watches despite numerous emails I still do not have it.

It is nearly impossible to even get a half sensible response from them when you email requesting a date I could expect it’s delivery. The only reply is they do not have any details when it will be dispatched.

This is possibly the worst experience I have ever had and sounds like a company in trouble.

Kore health continues to send me the same bs emails the last one said reset your watch duhhhh how can I reset a watch that won't charge kiss it back to health I have had nothing but the runaround from this company and then they send block emails that prove that they never even read the response Chinese junk watch and even worse customer service

After 19 days my order has not left Hong Kong yet. Like Derek said in his review, there was no indication of delays at time of placing order and just to rub salt in the wound, they keep asking how I am enjoying the product and asking for a review, well now I have given my review.

No indication that the order could take a month to deliver. Made worse by 17 irritating emails hoping that I was enjoying using their product!

Kore Health stood behind their product 100%. The customer service Department not only met my expectations, but they also "Exceeded" them!
My background is in sales and Customer Service. The Best advertising is from happy customers as Unhappy customers will promote a terrible image of a Company.

Shipping is terrible. USPS shipping label was created on 1/31/2022 and as of 2/5/2022 the goods have not been given to USPS for shipment. The emails from Kore regarding my order do not even address what I asked them.

Still awaiting the product, express snail would be quicker. Looks like a duff experience from a tinpot org.

I had an issue with a post office non delivery mixup. The service personnel were very helpful and pleasant in helping me. They were quick in their email responses, always helpful and appeared to be genuine in making the issue "get resolved". Great company experience. Quality product. would highly recommend them.

They took my money right away. Unfortunately, my Kor-2 has not even shipped yet. After some research, this supply “problem” is a chronic, longstanding problem.

How the Hell long does it take to receive the Product?

After a long wait finally received my Kore 2.0. Sailed through charging, pairing, etc. was asked to update which I did. However the update got stuck at 40% and would not advance anymore even though Bluetooth remained on and watch right beside my phone. Gave up after an hour for it to move on but it never did. Tried every which way since to get it going but it won’t budge. Screen remains frozen just showing the serial number with a narrowed circle below it and letters UI beneath the circle. Am disappointed and feel this watch is faulty or I’m doing something wrong. I’d happily accept a refund at this stage as my experience is not worth the hassle. I am continually trying to contact this company by email, etc but only get a generic reply each time.

Update-keep getting emails which are all the same about non delivery. I have told them several times that the watch and bands were delivered this week and would like a full refund because the product does not work. Of course these seem to be generic messages which have nothing to do with my request for a refund. I really cannot understand a company with such enticing advertising can still be in business.
