Hidden costs for UK, terrible customer services.
My first order my pair of trousers which were £150 got a hole in them very quickly and customer services were no help.
Then my second order they refused to honour a discount code. Therefore I decided to return at the cost of 15GBP (which isn’t clearly stated in ordering) as the quality of the items were so poor anyway for the cost.
Despite having a UK store now they treat their UK customers awfully.

INEXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

I emailed 6 days ago and followed up 3 times. I only keep receiving automated emails back. I would suggest not starting a business if you are unable to provide customer support or help your customers.

Avoid

Waste of time - no sizes in the UK store, shipping from Australia takes forever. Sizes are all over the place, yet it's a £15 to return if it doesn't fit (despite in-store staff saying returns are free). Customer service is NON EXISTENT.

The whole experience feels like buying from a scam website.

Be warned UK. If you use a discount code and you want to exchange, they do not honour the discount - through the exchange and you have to pay the difference to full price. For UK returns, you are not allowed to return to new store, they charge you 15GBP to send back to Australia, or if you pick the no charges option (which literally has zero as charges on it) - you figure out that you have to send back under your own steam and expense. Very costly mistake ordering from this company. Terrible customer experience.
