I've had Kim Komando's email letters for years and have found them excellent help with my computer. Now that she includes info on iPhones I know where to get help.

I used to listen to Kim on the radio. I lost track of her station when I retired in 2011. I found her newsletter a few months back. The first helpful hint concerned YouTube autoplay. She told us how to turn auto play off. I was hooked again.

Kim doles out useful information with a sense of humor. She's easy to understand even if you are not as tech savvy as the younger generation or no longer need the tech skills required by a workplace.

Lots of great tech info and tips for free. Kim makes the
complicated simple and explains how to keep your technology up to date and secure. Unlike a lot of computer nerds, Kim has a great, sometimes corny, sense of humor. I learn something almost every time I read her newsletter. Kim is the best!

In the very short time it took me to read and respond to Kim's last newsletter (The Current) complaining about her ridiculously low 3.9 rating here, over 500 of her rabid followers raised it to 5.0! Now that says it all! But I am obligated to say even more: Back in time, over two decades ago, I wrote a monthly newsletter for a GIST support group focusing on tech oriented (mostly computer assistance) issues. After two years of that rewarding but time-consuming volunteer effort, and as soon as I discovered Kim's regular radio shows, I took the opportunity to retire. After all, she very regularly, patiently and thoroughly addressed virtually every issue any tech-challenged person could possibly encounter! So I simply referred all of my readers to the Kim Komando shows, and her various other evolving media. From the very beginning. I have found her to be objective, thorough, accurate and, above all, patient and unassuming. She never even comes close to belittling the people who seek her help, and her lack of arrogance is refreshing. It is exactly what is needed to attract the very people who need her help the most. Yes, she has advertisers, but she never over-hypes them and strictly touts only those that she has tested and uses herself. Keep it up, Kim!

Kim Komando reviews and shares all things technical. She is a trustworthy source of info regarding phones, computers, internet, tvs and so much more. She offers her knowledge and opinions and often humor in various ways including daily newsletters. My day isn't complete until I read her fact, information anf humor filled comments every day.
