Don’t buy from these people they are con artists & Rob Pensioners. I week is a younger for the trial they give you then it disappears. I put in a complaint & this is what they have said
No under terms & conditions. I suggest you read the info throughly if you have time to go through it all before you buy. There is no try then buy appalling they should be ashamed of themselves

They don’t even deserve 1 star complete con artists. They took my money they told me my plan was going to be deleted I paid for 1 week plan but didn’t have time to do it so I lost that
Then 4 weeks again that was going to be closed as I hadn’t used it due to time that’s going to be deleted so I’ve done nothing just paid for it
I was refused a refund based on the proof I sent to them of payment they pull accept saying it wasn’t clear enough
All they needed to do was check their account and see what I had paid. It couldn’t be simpler

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. THEY HAVE BROKEN UK LAW AND ARE OPERATING ILLEGALLY AND I WILL REPORT THEM.
How they broke UK law:
In the UK, it is now law that companies must send you reminder notices before taking renewal payments for subscriptions. This requirement comes from the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA), which introduces strict rules for subscription contracts.
Also, the reminder must clearly tell you how to cancel easily. Nowhere on their site or emails does it tell you how to do this.
My free trial ended, they debited my account by $99 without sending me any prior notification. They are now continually refusing to refund me, despite the fact I don't even use their monthly coaching. Which by the way, is just AI and NOT a personal coach at all. So save your money and just ask AI for health tips tailored to you.
Complete scam, they are thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
UPDATE 04/06/26:
Following my review, they posted on here to get in touch with them so they can look into it. Well, this seemed to be a ploy to look like they are providing exemplary customer service. When I did indeed get in touch again, they told me the same thing: that automatic renewal is in their Ts and Cs, and they will not refund the money.
So, once again completely ignoring the fact that they are breaking UK trading law by not sending a renewal reminder to inform that money will be taken.
