100% trustworthy, with great service and value for money

I wanted to upgrade my coffee setup with a new Gaggia Classic E24 machine, and so I did a bit of research on Reddit groups. Some guys mentioned Kofio and after reading testimonials and reviews here and on other maps apps, I decided to go for it, although I have to admit I was a bit hesitant because they're Prague based and I live in Spain. I'm so happy I finally did it. The process was smooth and Kofio team was always there may I had any doubt. Now I'm enjoying my espressos at home. 100% trustworthy.

Kofio rocks!

I have ordered a few times now and i absolutely love Kofio. They make tasting lots of different coffees easier and cheaper than ordering from individual roasters, and their service and shipping speed is often better to boot. They even list the roast date for each coffee which is great. Great store.

Excellent customer service and speedy resolution

I had a small issue with part of my order, and Eliška from Kofio handled it exceptionally well. The response was fast, friendly, and genuinely focused on putting things right. Everything was resolved quickly and professionally, which really impressed me.

Great service overall and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

So far, the best experience

Smooth shopping experience for profi coffee

Wonderful offer of profi coffee goods for good prices. The delivery was very fast & there is an option of free delivery to the showroom (at least in Czechia). Staff was really nice too. Will come back for new orders :)

A Coffee Lover’s Paradise in Holešovice

I had a fantastic experience at KOFÍO in Holešovice! I bought four different coffees and was genuinely impressed by the level of knowledge and passion the staff showed. I highly rate Kofio

I highly rate Kofio. You can buy everything online and send to your nearest pick up place, but I prefer to go in to the shop (just behind Náměstí Míru) so I can see what looks interesting and get some tips from staff (trusted coffee knowledge). I'm a big fan of coffee, but recently had to move to drinking decaf only. Lots of places either don't have it, or if they do it's basic or roasted a long time ago. Kofio however, always has different options that vary in flavour, which is why I really like them (and of course my partner gets his tasty caffeinated coffee too). Lastly, they have a bunch of great coffee books in Czech and English to buy. I just got 'the world atlas of coffee', which is a nice gift for coffee lovers.

Positive surprise and standing out among coffee shops!

Well to begin with, asking for a review the way you did with a note is a positive surprise, not sure I have seen this so far. The process of buying was easy and clear and quick. You are also one of the, if not only, in Prague that sell Living Things juices. Order processing was very fast and I picked the package in same day. It also helps that you have physical stores and at great locations in the city. Staff at shop also very friendly:) looking forward to try different coffees.

I bought a Sage Bambino Plus from…

I bought a Sage Bambino Plus from Kofio, and 4 weeks later the automatic froth function broke.
I then contacted them, thinking that they would of course fix this issue, but right away they clearly didn’t want to. They kept telling me how to use it, even though I had written very clearly that I knew how to use it, and that it worked perfectly, until it suddenly started to heat the milk way too much. Then they send me a video on how to steam it manually, as to work around it being broken!
I kept saying it was broken, and I wanted it fixed. But then they kept threatening me that I would have to pay shipping both ways, if they didn’t find a fault with it. They clearly tried everything to keep me from sending it back. And now they have just stopped responding to my mails!
Stay away from this awful company.

Martin here, Kofio cofounder here. This review is 100% correct, we messed up and I would like to apologize for that. The correct way to handle this would be to send a delivery guy to pick your machine asap and we would either send you back the fixed machine or the money to your bank account. Ideally the whole process would not take more than a week so you can get back to why you bought Bambino in the first place.

We did not do that though and instead tried to solve the problem in completely ridiculous way - writing you in our email conversation about possible quick fixes.

I apologize again, we will do better in the future and I will push our team to solve your problem as no.1 priority.

Achat d'une cafetière moccamaster qui ne me convient pas (café insipide et beaucoup moins aromatique que ma cafetière bas de gamme proline). Je demande donc au service client un retour quelques jours après l'achat, cafetière utilisée 2 fois. Rien à faire, frais de retour à ma charge (une trentaine d'euros) et l'entreprise se réserve le droit de prélever une somme à sa convenance sur le montant de la machine, somme totalement opaque et bien évidemment aucune indication du mode de remboursement. Ces conditions ne me conviennent pas et après leurs avoir dit, ils me redirigent vers des conditions de vente longues à n'en plus finir. Sans doute passent-ils leurs temps à lire ces conditions pour chacun de leurs achats, moi pas . Je pars du principe qu'une entreprise de vente en ligne fait tout pour satisfaire le client qui par définition ne peut pas essayer le matériel. C'est ce que font la plupart des concurrents, pas eux. Dommage pour moi je garde donc la machine au lieu de prendre le risque de ne pas être remboursé ou que partiellement je dépose cet avis afin d'expliquer ma mésaventure pour avertir d'éventuels futurs clients. Fuyez et préférez dépenser quelques euros de plus en ayant un vrai service client satisfait ou rembours

Si vous lisez ce message, appelez-nous ou écrivez-nous et nous arrangerons les choses. Nous prenons en charge les frais de port et vous remboursons. S'il s'agit d'une tentative de nuire à Kofio, ce serait sympa que Trustpilot intervienne. En regardant les deux profils de ce type, il laisse peu d'avis positifs. Quoi qu'il en soit, il pourrait s'agir d'un vrai client avec une vraie commande. Si c'est le cas et que vous lisez ce message, écrivez-nous ou appelez-nous et nous réglerons le problème.

This person doesn't like Kofio very much. He wrote this review twice with two different accounts - berfu and fube. We tried to look up who from France could order Moccamaster from us and how could it be, that we made such a hassle for him returning it, but no luck. If you are reading this dude, call us or write us and we will make right by you. We cover the shipping cost and return you the money. If this is an attempt to hurt Kofio, then it would be cool if Trustpilot would do something about it. Looking at both profiles of this guy, he doesn't write positive reviews much. Anyway, it might be real customer with real order and if that is the case and you are reading it, just write/call us and we will fix it.

Voici mon retour à votre reponse ci dessous : le terme de type que vous employez dans votre réponse n'est pas très approprié pour une relation client. D'autre part 2 mois pour une réponse c'est long. Vous dites ne pas avoir retrouvé ma transaction. Nous avons été en contact à plusieurs reprises. J'ai compté au moins 4 mails que je vous ai envoyé. Je vous rapelle que vous pouvez demander plus d'informations sur la transaction via trust pilot. Quant aux 2 comptes vous vous trompez, l'un appartient à ma femme et l'autre m'appartient, hors l'achat nous concerne tous les deux. Nous n'avons rien contre votre entreprise, nous informons seulement vos futurs clients sur votre politique de retour quelque peu restrictive et opaque. Cordialement

Ma Réponse 2: je suis désolé mais je ne suis pas prêt à laisser la machine moccamaster à un livreur sans avoir reçu mon remboursement avant. Je ne peux pas faire confiance aveuglément à une entreprise dont le service client emploie le terme de "type" en réponse à un avis client 2 mois après l'achat et apres plusieurs communications mails restées sans solution acceptable. Cordialement

Reçu ce jour le 09 octobre 2025 une réponse soit 8 mois après mon avis. Je vous ai contacté par mail comme vous me le demandiez sans aucune suite. Aujourd'hui je n'attends plus rien de vous, je sais qu'il n'y a pas de suite à vos propositions de prise en charge retour et remboursement. Je laisse par contre mon avis pour information auprès de vos éventuels clients.

Notre faute ! Quand quelqu'un écrit deux mauvaises évaluations, vous devez avouer que ça paraît suspect. Une seule, d'accord, mais deux... Bref, veuillez nous écrire ou nous appeler à nouveau. Je ne parviens pas à vous trouver sous le nom de « berfu » ou « fube » dans notre système. Nous allons arranger cela. Je comprends que nous vous avons causé des désagréments inutiles, et la seule solution est d'envoyer notre livreur récupérer le Moccamaster et vous rembourser. Martin here, Kofio cofounder.

This person doesn't like Kofio very much. He wrote this review twice with two different accounts - berfu and fube. We tried to look up who from France could order Moccamaster from us and how could it be, that we made such a hassle for him returning it, but no luck. If you are reading this dude, call us or write us and we will make right by you. We cover the shipping cost and return you the money. If this is an attempt to hurt Kofio, then it would be cool if Trustpilot would do something about it. Looking at both profiles of this guy, he doesn't write positive reviews much. Anyway, it might be real customer with real order and if that is the case and you are reading it, just write/call us and we will fix it.

Our bad! When someone writes two bad reviews, you must admit - it smells fishy. One would be perfectly fine, but two ... Anyway, please write us or call us again. I can't find you by name berfu or fube in our system. We will make this right. I understand we caused you unnecessary trouble and the only way to move on is for us to send delivery guy to pick up the Moccamaster and send you money back. Our returning policy will be revised because of your case and we will create new workflows in our company to streamline this process as much in favor of customer as possible.

Valorizo o Trustpilot como referencia.

Valorizo o Trustpilot como referencia , este site tem muitas vendas a nível de café mas não tem reviews aqui. Sendo um site novo para mim depois de pesquisar e parecer fidedigno comprei uma maquina de café e correu tudo bem, fácil navegar e pagar. Único senão foi a transportadora MRW que em Portugal ligar não atendem e remarcar fica no sistema e pode não acontecer. Esperei quase 2 semanas apesar de ter sido enviado 18-07-2024, na quinta-feira 25-07-2024 ás 6 da manhã estava em torres Vedras, recebi na quarta-feira 31-07-2024 ás 16h00.

obrigado pelo tempo que sacrificou para nos escrever este comentário. Na verdade, não sabíamos isto sobre a MRW e vamos tentar encontrar um novo parceiro para envio para Portugal para que não tenha de esperar este tempo ridículo pela sua encomenda.
