Update on previous review. Kobets continued to ignore my emails. Still no refund on undelivered goods. Opened a PayPal dispute and they refunded me. What a terrible company.

It's fast and slithers like a real snake
It did take quite a bit of time for shipping but arrived in good shape. Item was as described and worked well. However, I found the same item way cheaper, so wasn't to pleased with he price.
Works fantastic on hard floors but not on any carpet. Because of this I gave it to the cat rescue as they have tile floors and many cats to play with it, it all ended well.
