Koala Customer Service is an A+ so far in my book. There was an issue with the way my vet wrote one of the prescriptions. Koala reached out right away and was very communicative with me via email and accommodating with how I wanted the prescription (fill whole rx now or do monthly autoship). Per other reviews, they may prefer you to call to cancel a subscription, but when I emailed them that my cat passed, they canceled for me. They also sent me a beautiful bouquet from a local floral shop. It was very sweet. I have had nothing but a good experience with them. They have always been kind in the mulitiple emails I've exchanged. I hope they stay around because their prices are decent too. I thought I already wrote a nice review prior to receiving the flowers, but it must have been on their website or somewhere else. Just know I felt this way prior to that.

First and last order with them. Ridiculously slow shipping, sketchy business practices, like making you call to change an autoship.

The company posts pages and pages of 5 star reviews on their website which I assume they've written themselves. They do not include anything less than 5 so I'm not sure how they think it's believable. They do not have a Yelp so what does that tell you? They charged my card for a $300 med and sent it to the wrong address, not the one on file. I've called and not been able to get through and I've emailed them 4 times in one week to no avail. My dog is very uncomfortable without her meds and they simply do not care enough to respond. Now I have to go to the trouble of filing a claim with Am Ex to get my refund and get the script sent elsewhere. I would advise to not use this company if you care about the health of your pet.

They incorrectly filled out my pets script. I ordered simpatico trio, bought a 6 pack, they delivered a 6 pack. Yet the script they sent to my vet was for a pack of 12.

Now I am have the hardest time getting the other 6 pack I need, since according to my vet records, they sent 12 (which they did NOT)

Apparently they’re not able to send an updated/correct script to my vet? I have to jump through so many hoops to fix THEIR mistake.

I have to either get a new prescription from my vet (which will cost me a consultation fee from my vet), or have my new/current pharmacy call them to get it transferred.

It’s all a big mess, I would never order from here again

I am very impressed with this company. I’ve been ordering my prescriptions for my dog for a few years. Once we were out of town because of a hurricane and I asked if they could send my dogs prescription to where I was. I got it the next day. I just informed them that my dog passed away. Today we receive flowers. It’s a very caring company. And you can call them and actually talk to a person. And it is cheaper than I could get it locally. 🐶

Scam!!!! Buyer Beware! I had an autoship which I cancelled (via phone as they don't allow you to do it online). They shipped it anyway, without their required 3 day notification prior. When I called them to return, they said no returns allowed and claimed they never got a call and they also claimed they had sent the required email, which they couldn't produce, of course. So, the fact is, they know how to scam the system as the charge can't even be disputed because I cannot prove the cancellation phone call. How does one "prove" a phone call?

This company is horrible. Their shipments are consistently late. Imagine your pet having to suffer because Koala does not have the ability to send out produce on time!

I can’t believe how companionate Koala Health is! I ordered my dogs prescription medicine from them. I had to put my dog down on Tuesday and advised them. Today is Friday and I just received flowers from them! My own vet has not even called me yet! This company is truly a blessing!!! It warms my heart! Thank you!

The watch i got is not working, and when i asked for a refund, they practicaly ignored me! So now i got myself with a broken low cost chinesse made watch and cant get a refund, they are like scammers!

Awful experience. I don't know where they are getting all the positive reviews posted on their website since they have no options to leave reviews.
They debated the prescription amount my dog has been on for the past year and made me take my dog in to the vet just to be weighed, then debated the discount code they supplied and originally accepted at checkout. The reason why I picked Koala was to use the discount code given. It's also pretty ridiculous since the prescription amount they think she should be on doesn't exist. After jumping through hoops and over five days later still nothing has been shipped and they haven't responded to emails. I have never had such a bad experience with a pet supply company. Go anywhere else.

First time order. WOW! Less expensive, nicely packaged, fast delivery, rewards program. Yes, will use Koala again.

I was a little worried because of the bad review on here so I emailed Koala about my order I made the day before just asking how long it normally they takes for them to reach out to my vet. They emailed me back within 8 hours or so. I let them know I was running low on my dogs prescription and they marked my order as urgent and said they'd vontact my vet asap, 2 days later my order has shipped. Idk how long shipping will take, but considering their speedy response and consideration with my order I think they deserve some credit for that so I wanted to write this review to say I'm really happy with their customer service.

I submitted my order (Order # O5XD6) on 28 Nov 22 and as of 06 Dec 22 no one from Koala Health has reached out to me or sent any updates on the order. I had to initiate all communication and now I must go to my vet’s office to get the Rx…HEY, wait a minute, isn’t that what Koala Health should do????

Don’t waste your time with these folks….
