This company is now using a made up name because I finally managed to upset the cash flow for them via Google. Please read all the reviews on REVIEW.oi to understand that this is not a marketing company it is used as a cash cow for the greedy nasty owners that think that this listing will help them. Looking at the real reviews nothing has changed. Still using a dodgy business practices and taking people money. Do not open or click on any PDFs sent via email everything is rerouted back & this is the contract that they threaten you with to squeeze money out of small businesses. I reported them to docusign for fraud. Please beaware this company will sink your company. If it was a sketch it would be wearing a black and white top and carrying a bag with swag wrote on it. Known locally as ADD PEOPLE.

Work under different company names , get passed from person to person round the office ,all giving different so called advice to part with cash and the next contradicts the one before and so on....
Talk you into multiple contracts claiming to have close ties with Google.
I got more work off social media than with this lot.
They get intouch once monthly with sales waffle and graphs, predictions. They didn't even know I had been hacked! They was telling me about my webpage they was supposed to be monitoring and they hadn't a clue it had been hacked for TWO whole months!!

They are not performance based so couldn't care less if their scam works for you or not .

I can't believe companies like this get away with such DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. It's a shame I'm writing this because the experience was positive and am grateful to Jazz and her team for the work they carried out on my behalf. They kept me informed and up to date with what they were doing and the results we were achieving. HOWEVER, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE MISLED. I signed up for a 6 MONTH contract sold to me by one of their extremely pushy salesmen. This should have been enough to make me run a mile but oh no... I signed up. Here we are 6 months later. I cancelled the direct debit as I had fulfilled the 6-month contract I had signed up for. The agreement was £150 up front and £150 per month for 6 months. This was paid in full. The next thing I get an email stating I had to give them 30 days notice to cancel and that I still owed an extra £150 for a month's worth of work which I hadn't agreed to (and also hadn't been done). When I signed the contract I was misled to believe it was for 6 months only and that as soon as the six months was over I had no obligation to carry on with their services. The sad part is... we are a small business and have now paid £1050 plus VAT when we should have paid £900. This doesn't sound like a lot, but we are struggling to keep going these days, money is extremely tight. This company MIS-SOLD this contract and did not mention anything about the contract automatically renewing at the end of the 6 months. so now I have paid £180 to these CON ARTISTS for sod all. No reminder was sent at 5 months that the contract was coming to an end and that it would automatically renew. No one mentioned this in the team I was working with. They pray that you don't notice to squeeze every last penny out of you before you realise and decide to cancel. Lesson learnt ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT! The contract was sent to me with the title "Known Locally - 6 months - Google Maps". This was MISLEADING. Usually, I would be happy to fight this tooth and nail in court given the fact that out of principle this company's values are wrong and they are SCAMMING people out of hard-earned money hoping that enough people like me will roll over and pay it because they can't be bothered with courts etc. We've just had a baby so sleep is minimal at the moment and I don't have the energy to bother. So thank you Known Locally, Add People, Thrive Media Group whatever name you choose to disguise yourselves we now have £180 less to help my business survive and yet you now have £180 extra to add to your profits. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND BELIEVE THEIR BULL**** SALES PITCH. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Awful compnay send out loads of marketing that's truly pointless

Absolute garbage - they are great at the sales calls promising all sorts - the reality i quite different they pretty much do nothing very expensive for what you actually get for context my monthly price was £299 and for what they have actually done , you can get done better for around £50 easily. save your money avoid this bunch of cowboys.

They operate under 3 different names that is really strange. Known Locally, Thrive Media Group and also AdPeople.
They promise you the world until you sign your contract.
They say they will offer changes etc and charge you for each change.
They can talk the talk but unfortunately cant walk the walk. There are better independent operations out there who can offer you better quality service and also better customer service. You will get passed around a lot of different people. If you are in the cleaning industry save yourself the money!

Really disappointing and stressful service with Known Locally. Multiple breaches of trust with inappropriate personal information leaks online, bad copyrighting (as I have now found out by having to redo a load of the text on my website today which has lots of research errors in it regarding my profession), and right at the end of what was an expensive 12 month contract for me as a small business owner I was told over the phone something along the lines of 'we don't know why people aren't clicking on your website we can't help you and you would be better off with a different service'. Infuriating and upsetting. Feeling taken advantage of.
