We have just purchased a campervan from here. The service we received was excellent. From first meeting Julie, who sold us the CV20, her knowledge of the product and attention to detail was superb. Her honesty about each brand and model reassured us that we had chosen the correct model and size for our needs.
The handover by Stuart was very thorough taking time to explain everything and answer our questions
This is the second purchase we have made from Knowepark they are excellent to deal with both pre and after sales.

Knowepark have just fitted a levelling system to our Motorhome, carried out some warranty work, plus fitted extra electric sockets & USB’s. As ever, they’ve done a beautiful job, very reasonably. The customer service was superb (again) and this instills such confidence. Thank you Grant, Russell, Ryan and everyone who worked on our van.

Ron was extremely helpful from start to finish not pushy in any way and it was a pleasure dealing with a salesman like this. We felt comfortable in making such an expensive purchase from Knowepark as Ron came over such a genuine man with lots of knowledge about Motor Homes.

We recently bought a new Chausson motorhome from Knowepark and from the day we made our first enquiry until the day we drove away in our new purchase we were very pleased with the professional care shown to us. Julie kept us informed about progress with our order and was very pleasant to deal with in person, by email and on the telephone. On the day we picked up our motorhome we were given a tour of it and shown how everything worked. During this tour, it was noticed that the coolant level was slightly lower than it should have been and, after investigation, this turned out to be due to an air lock. Although this delayed our departure we felt that care was taken to thoroughly check the vehicle and Julie phoned us the next day to make sure that all was well. A lot of the workings of this motorhome is new to us so after a couple of days we had some questions and Grant from the technical side of Knowepark took time to answer all our questions on the telephone and we felt very well looked after. We would not hesitate to recommend Knowepark if anyone is looking to purchase a new motorhome.

Very friendly and professional. Everything explained thoroughly. Handover seamless and very informative. Particular acknowledgement to Julie who led the sale but also to Stewart and Ian who dealt with the technical side of the vehicle. I could not have been happier. In the past week I have bought a new motorhome from Knowepark, or rather the process has taken a few months to reach a happy conclusion. As existing motorhomers we were so careful to ensure we were going to buy the best layout for
us, and that the brand would reflect the best value and quality within the price range we had. We explained our needs to Julie on the sales team. She took great care in guiding us to models that could meet our expressed aims. Ultimately pointing us to a Bailey model we hadn't thought about that had features that met those aims, and then some. Julie is to be commended for her attentiveness and listening to detail. A no pressure approach helped alleviate any nervousness on our part, and in the end negotiations reflecting some reasonable compromise for both parties led to the sale being concluded. As a previous owner of a new moho we fully expected a few niggles and sure enough we were very soon returning to sort a few minor problems out. To me part of the measure of a supplier is how they resolve any issues. The response from Knowepark was quick and professional which reflected for us, a care for good customer service. I would also say that whilst we were waiting we observed how other customers having work done on their outfits were treated and responded. Very satisfactorily and confidence inspiring. I hope they keep it up. We have one or two minor manufacturer issue warranty claims on the cards. Alan and the team quickly put them in process. Hopefully Bailey will be just as 'on it'. Finally, I read other reviewers raving about the scones from the cafe. Let me tell you the bacon rolls ain't bad at all!

We have recently just exchanged out caravan and bought a new one for the summer. All staff were kind and helpful, especially outer salesman Ron, who went above and beyond to help us get everything we wanted in out new van. Have visited Knowepark for many many years and have never been disappointed. The fabulous cafe upstairs is definitely worth a visit (highly recommend the scones!)

We did a 70mile round trip to view a range of caravans in the price range of £40.000. However we were stopped at the door from entering and told we were not welcome with our dog,even though we put our dog secured in the stroller to ensure no paws even touched the ground !! Will be purchasing elsewhere in the country having received such a cold unfriendly reception I might add before retirement we were caravan Dealers with three branches in the South and welcomed all our customers which resulted in many,many recomends over the years.

After just popping in for a look at motorhomes and seeing one we liked, we were then introduced to Julie and her no nonsense way of looking after you which was a breath of fresh air.
We were then given a competitive trade in for our campervan and left a deposit for a new motorhome.
The motorhome delivery was delayed but we were kept informed by Julie and given the best possible deals on some additional items we wanted fitted to the motorhome.
We have now had the motorhome for a couple of months and are delighted with it.
Thanks to all at Knowepark and especially Julie with her no pressure, no nonsense and very helpful sales approach.

We were really impressed with the set up at Knowepark. We recieved a warm welcome from Julie and were given the opportunity to look inside some lovely caravans. If you're looking for a Caravan or indeed a motorhome I would have no hesitation in recommending Knowepark. We never felt rushed or under any pressure. Julie was very patient as we're new to this venture. We probably asked a lot of questions and needed a lot of reassurances but honestly nothing was any trouble. Thank you very much.

Julie was so helpful answering all our questions , with her help we’ve managed to narrow down exactly what we’re looking for . I recently pick up our new caravan and was absolutely delighted with the service. We originally spoke to Julie but unfortunately she was off ill on the day we decided to have a look at the models. Steven helped us out with our purchase and said he would pass everything on to Julie which he duly did. She kept us informed of the progress and last week it was collected.
Having retired as a Dealer Principal in the motor trade I fully understand the benefits of good customer service and all the staff including Ian in the handover section were excellent ambassadors for Knowepark and as such I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. 😀

I’ve now had two services and some warranty work carried by Knowepark. Very helpful and professional with all work explained by the service team. There is never any pressure to have unnecessary work carried out. On the contrary, they seem to be very customer focussed. I have to travel a fair way to use this centre but would not use anyone else. Very highly recommended.

Had occasion to call in at Knowetop with a slight problem with water function.
Alan, from warranty department, dealt with this matter quickly and efficiently and even arranged for my wife and friend to be dropped round at the cafeteria whilst problem was rectified
When my wife and her friend entered the premises they were immediately approached by the wondeful Julie, from sales, to see if there was anything she could do for them.

Ok so its now three weeks since I have asked Knowetop Caravans why the habitation certification for my Eddis Majestic was not forwarded on to the manufacturer. Still got no reply even after 6 requests... No ones interested. You will be soon when solicitors letter comes through the door

Visited Knowepark early in July with intention of replacing our caravan. We were introduced to Julie, who was happy to give us keys to a few vans to allow us to look at caravans of interest. No pressure sales! Julie left us to ourselves, which is what we like when viewing a purchase, but was there when required for any questions. She caught up with us when we were looking at the final van (or maybe we had been too long in returning), and left us to ponder.
After agreeing on a trade in value and parting with our deposit Julie kept us fully informed leading up to the collection day with nothing too much trouble. At collection, Ian gave a thorough handover concentrating on the differences (mainly control panel and heating) between our previous caravan and the Coachman.
