REVISED from 1 Star: They refunded me today after I used their chat. I appreciate the prompt customer service. They said that the location I was supposed to store my bags could not scan codes so they entered them manually. I don’t think it should operate that way because people might not notice they were charged if it continues to be done manually. Hopefully it is just a glitch or one time thing. WARNING! I was just charged for a phantom stay a week after I was SUPPOSED to store my luggage. I scheduled a luggage storage in Philadelphia because I had half a day to kill before coworkers arrived. The website clearly states if you don't show up you don't pay. It also states that the way you pay is that when you show up you scan your QR code and then the same when you leave. HOW WAS I CHARGED IF I WASN'T EVEN IN THAT CITY?! Their 24/7 customer service line was not working so I have left a voicemail... I will say that when I did not make it there that day the "Selin" of Knock Knock City emailed me asking what happened. I told him my flight was cancelled... so I know that they know I did not make it and I have proof. If they answer my email and reverse the charge I will revise my review.

Excellent, friendly efficient customer service, prompt collection and return later, but could do with a bit more signage at the entrance to south Station in Boston as had to ask for location. An app might be useful-had screenshotted the QR code, but expect it could be frustrating if no wi-fi. A query over the collection time, but quickly and easily resolved. Would happily use again

Knock Knock City is truly an excellent luggage storing company. My meetings were all on the East Side and my hotel was on the West Side. This was the perfect solution for me as I had to quickly make my way to LaGuardia Airport after my meetings. My luggage was stored in a safe and clean restaurant and the entire process was efficient and seamless. I highly recommend this company for both personal and work use! I'm glad to know they are in San Fran, Chicago, Miami and many other US cities! Hopefully London,

This was our first experience with the service. There was a discrepancy with our bill due to time zones. The issue was resolved quickly and satisfactory results. We will use this again in the future.

Glitchy.
There is no sign in button after you sign up.Gave feedbacks which they keep saying it’s there in its pop up window. Which does not exist on my iPhone 6. Good idea/concept and see a need. However, u need to check ur code if it’s compatible with all phone models instead of arguing with your customer that it’s there. Luckily I screenshot the QR code just incase because I couldn’t access my account afterwards. This was also expressed by others and the manager that signed me in.

Knock knock city was a great service to me in my time of need. I found this company to be fast, easy, safe with all the peace of mind! I had a question and called them up. I was shocked to get a one ring pickup and it being one of the cofounders of the company!

Our bags were kept for 3 hours and upon returning they were promptly given back. Easy and hassle free.

The actual storage of the luggage was no problem. Using the website on my iPhone was impossible. The airline had to let me log in in their computer. Why doesn’t knock knock have an app for iPhone?

Less than a block from park station. Bags were zip tied and locked-up. Easy.

We received great service when we left our luggage with Teddy Ballgames at South Station Boston. We felt more than happy with the security and the technology worked really well. it was great to be able to spend an extra day in Boston while waiting for our evening flight.

Had the opportunity of experiencing new york city without heavy bags to carry, and avoiding the hustle of riding the subway with packages. Highly recommend Knock Knock!
