The professionalism, compassion, the dedication and commitment to me and my husband has been over the top. The experience from beginning to end has been pleasurable and with an absolute sense of security.

The entire process was so easy. I was able to move into my new home while getting my old home ready for sale. I don’t intend on moving again but it I do I would definitely use Knock again.

This is a predatory loan. RUN FAR AND FAST.

Knock allowed my husband and I to purchase our dream home before selling the home that we were currently living in. They provided funds from the equity of our current home and gave of 6 months after closing on our new home to sell our old home. The old home sold in less than 2 months, closing and all. The agents that I worked with were great very attentive and always available. The experience was amazing!

The process with Knock was very easy! They kept us informed and up to date. The only thing I don't like is that they dictate the selling price, but if you need the bridge, I think it's worth it. The team was fabulous, and I would use them again if needed!

We were given an explanation of the entire loan process and if we had any questions, all we had to do was pick up the phone and someone was always there to provide us with answers. It was an easy and pleasant experience

Considering that it had been 40 years since I had the opportunity to be involved with a real estate transaction, I must say it was arduous but I received assistance from the consultants at Knock. Very helpful and easy to communicate with.

It was a good experience. Everyone that we were in contact with was very helpful and friendly everything went smoothly unlike some other experiences we’ve dealt with before I want to thank everyone for being professional and taking care of business

Lending team was responsive and easy to work with. Trisha was very helpful and answered emails quickly. There were a few issues regarding payoffs and communication with the primary lender. My assumption was that the mortgage for my old home would be paid through an escrow account but a lump sum check for 6 months of payments was sent instead. The check was lost in transit. Two other checks were created but one was sent to the old address with a stop payment on it. Fortunately this was discovered before it created overdrafts but it was definitely inconvenient.
In the future,I would choose a wire or direct deposit to avoid this issue. Also, I'm not sure why these funds couldn't have just been wired to the closing on our new home and a credit issued by that title company. Ultimately we were borrowing the same amount. Hindsight being 20/20, I would probably do a cash out refinance on my existing mortgage if I had to do it again. It would have made things much simpler.

Knock was great to work with for our home financing. They were thorough and made it seamless and easy to walk through the process. We recommend them highly!
