Ordered swimsuit and skirt in April despite emails back and forth 40 in total still not received after reassurance every time it's on its way also said if I wanted a refund would take 3-4 months also said it had been delivered and signed for in Selby I don't live in Selby. Still saying it is in transit.

Total scam company. Thankfully I only ever pay by PayPal goods and services. This company must be very bad as PayPal instantly refunded me rather than have to wait to contact the company and wait 3-4 weeks

Such a shame that is company is a complete scam!
I ordered what looked like lovely tops on the Knita site that was being advertised on Instagram.

Was excited to receive these and was already planning what bottoms to wear with them.

This was in April, I'm still waiting. Tried to contact customer services all you get sent is a page full of links that don't even work.

Eventually after two months of waiting I opened a credit card dispute for a refund.

To my surprise because a third party had gotten involved, they didn't quibble about giving a full refund.

Although I received my money back on this occasion, this is not and will not stop these bogus companies from advertising on media platforms, and fooling people to part with their money!

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE.

AND PLEASE

FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM BAN THESE TYPES OF COMPANIES FROM ADVERTISING.

This company should be removed from Facebook and Google it’s a SCAM.. ordered back in May and still not received items. Reached out to customer service, no response. Fortunately I always use PayPal now as they protect you and you can claim back money. AVOID AT ALL COST

Ordered way back in March and still not recd item now mid June! Emailed and had no reply - definitely a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - ITS A SCAM - I hate Facebook for this - should vet who sells on Facebook more!

I ordered a dress from this company after seeing their ad on Facebook. Unfortunately, I never received the item. I reached out to their customer service three times, and each time I was told the dress was “on the way.” When I asked for a tracking number, they provided one—but it turned out to be fake and didn’t work on any courier system.

It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to feel misled. This experience has left me questioning the legitimacy of the business. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them, and I hope others don’t fall into the same trap.

Never even received my order ignoring all my emails even put a disputing and still no reply asked for full refund has not received item will be putting a dispute in with my bank to see whether I can get the money back as I feel this is a scam There's no phone numbers to contact them. You can only do it through email but they ignore them.

I’ve been waiting 6 weeks now for my order. No reply to my emails.

Ordered 2 items but only received one,and the one I did receive is not as described it has been impossible to track order or get any contact from customer services. Appears to be a scam.

Ordered on 3rd May. Received 20th May. Did email the address on the website within that time to see when to expect and they did reply with an estimate.

Item arrived. Can't even call the swimming costume that. So thin, flimsy and actually far too small.

I then went onto the website to initiate a return to find that swimwear isn't returnable and we have to pay the return shipping Costs.

I'd probably avoid.

I ordered items months ago, money taken, still no items. Have emailed non stop, no reply, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if i could put zero stars I would. DISGUSTING.

Quality of clothes is awful as is the customer service.

I wouldn't even one star it. No confirmation, no email and then when delivered. A small little headband in sealed package.. no swimsuits or clothes in sight! Scam. Claimed back off paypal luckily! Dont buy off them. Reported them to google.

These are poorly made items, extremely thin fabric - not suitable for pool use as very thin and once wet almost see through! Their customer service is non existent- never reply to emails and their “live chat” is never operational. AVOID!
Do not buy! Took a month to arrive and wish it hadn’t! The skirt is ok but the suit is terrible and not true to size.

I ordered a jacket they took my money, never confirmed order and I never received item. I sent them emails which were ignored….

Order placed over a month ago, still not received my item, no replies to emails, avoid avoid!!! if a 0 was an option I would’ve given that!!!

I purchased 2 dresses on 20th March via a social media advert, loved the dresses that much i just bought on impulse without checking reviews. After a few weeks had passed with no update on order i decided to google search reviews (better late than never!) and was worried about the reviews. Payment also not showing on paypal so couldn't report via the paypal app. Today 30/4/25 to my shock i have received the dresses so appears not a scam site. They have come via worldwide shipping by royal mail delivery so have taken time to be delivered. Have given 4 stars as you don't receive updates about delivery and have not tried dresses on yet but wanted to confirm i have received my order via this company.

Why didn't I read the reviews? So many negative comments which has now made me panic slightly. I know its only been 5 days but i feel as though ive been another victim of this company. No confirmation, no reply to emails and probably no goods! I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I don't think I'll hold my breath. I will write another review if in fact I hear something or receive what I've ordered and paid for. So an edit to my review. I have now received a confirmation email, an order number and an apology. Which I'm grateful for thankyou. I now await my parcel.
EDIT!! My parcel arrived today. Still didn't get the usual confirmation. The first confirmation was a response from my email, no tracking details either, but its arrived!

I ordered 2 dresses on 19th march. Money taken the same day. Its now 24th april no dresses and cant contact the company!!!
