It is done efficiently and quickly every single time. It does take 7 full days for the transaction to be fully completed. Knightsbridge offers a very good exchange rate even for smaller sums, and the experience is very smooth using the same accounts I have used previously. It does take five days to exchange USD for CAD, though.

Compared to my bank's charge for the same amount, I saved well over $200.
