Only thing I had issue with this time was that 3 of the 5 knives came back not as sharp as they could be - but they took that in their stride and sent out a replacement parcel and we got the knives back 3 or 4 days later all sharp.

Very easy process, fast… all well done. My only slight regret is that I had a small curved peeling knife sent in as well, and the curve has been reduced to almost nothing. It may have been a technical problem to sharpen a curved blade? Luckily it is not my only knife of that shape and I will remember to not send in these again. But the large cooking knifes (one of which was fairly badly damaged) have turned out very well and are lovely and sharp again.

This service is such a good idea. It was simple, efficient, quick and excellent value for money. Our first empty box arrived very quickly, with clear instructions on how to post our knives. And once we had posted our knives back to be sharpened, they were returned to us within a week- very sharp! I would highly recommend Knife Sharp, they are just brilliant!

The whole process was very streamlined and easy to use. A box was sent to me by parcel post. I packed the knives according to the instructions, and posted them. The knives were returned to me, promptly, in the same box, wonderfully sharp. Excellent quality of service.

Excellent, simple and straightforward, my knives are so incredibly sharp now and back to like new! I’m particularly pleased with my serrated bread knife as I wasn’t expecting this to be as good but it is.

Great experience. It took a bit longer than I expected as it took 4 days for the knives to arrive at the company but I think that was the delivery company rather than this one. Once they confirmed receipt, it was all very fast and I got my knives back a couple of days later. The knives themselves are like new or possibly even better than when they were new as they weren't expensive knives - now they are so sharp and great to use!

What a truly great experience. It was super easy to book and the packaging they use to send and receive your knives is great. We were about to give up on our expensive German knives because they were almost useless. Now they cut like a dream. Would definitely recommend.

What a great service! I thought my global knives were doing OK, I regularly used a whetstone and every time honed them on a ceramic steel. However when I bought a new knife I realised how blunt the really were. This service is a game changer, there's nobody doing sharpening anymore, but these guys really did the job. I sent 5 knives including a serrated bread knife and all have come back brilliantly (and potentially dangerously) sharp! The process is quick & simple and I would recommend the chefs knife which is a really useful addition as an everyday knife. One word of warning, wiped one of the knives as recommended and despite being careful it went straight through the cloth, they are that sharp & a joy to use.

Easy website to use - brilliant system to send knives for sharpening with special packaging arriving to send your knives/scissors off. They come back quickly and super sharp - watch out!

I’ve been sharpening my own knives for 50 years since I learnt as an apprentice butcher.A recent hand injury has left me unable to do this so I decided to try knife sharp. I sent five good quality kitchen knives via their excellent postage and packaging service and all returned with a professionally honed edge and all passed the paper cut test straight out the box .im very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend the service although if you don’t know how to maintain an edge and abuse your blades your never going to keep them in good condition .I’m several weeks in now and with the help of the chantry knife sharpener and a good butchers steel my knifes are still razor sharp. The staff at Knife Sharp were really helpful from start to finish. The ease of sending blunt knives off to be sharpened and receiving back super sharp knives couldn't be easier. I sent off three knives two Sabatier Knives which I have had for 37 years and an Asian Global Cleaver which I have had for 18 years and chipped a big chunk off the edge trying to prize open a couple of frozen sausage. The Cleaver is now useable again and I am very satisfied with it and the bread and chefs knives are back to top spec. I also tried a knife to put me on which are top class. Thanks again. Simon
